The Observation Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vetrebral Artery Type By Thetreatment Of Kidney-marrow-nourishing Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the different effects on Cervical Spondylosis of VertebralArtery Type by kidney-marrow-nourishing acupuncture and simple acupuncture,and to finda simple and effective treatment by acupuncture.Method:60patients were divided into twogroups, kidney-marrow-nourishing acupuncture treatment group and simple acupuncturecontrol group,there were30patients in each group.The acupuncture treatment group wastreated by needing cervical4-6jiaji points,taixi,shenshu,xuanzhong and baihui.Theacupuncture control group was treated by needing cervical4-6jiaji points. Beforetreatment and after2periods of treatment,we recorded the score of patients’ clinicalsymptoms and functions, clinical signs,the average blood flow of vertebralartery.Result:The effective rate was86.67%in kidney-marrow-nourishing acupuncturegroup,76.67%in simple acupuncture group.After acupuncture treatments,the two groups’sore of patients’ clinical symptoms and functions,the average blood flow of vertebral arterywas different from that of before acupuncture treatments (P<0.05),The acupuncturetreatment group was superior to the acupuncture control group.The two groups had nosignificant difference on clinical signs.Conclusion:The treatment ofkidney-marrow-nourishing acupuncture and simple acupuncture can improve patients’clinical symptoms and functions,the kidney-marrow-nourishing acupuncture treatment wassuperior to the simple acupuncture treatment.The two treatments can improve the averageblood flow of vertebral artery,and the kidney-marrow-nourishing acupuncture treatmentwas superior to the simple acupuncture treatment.This subject research offers a betteracupuncture treatment method for Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebrai Artery Typepatients,and has certain clinical value and theoretical significance.
