Research On The Construction Of Social Support Network For Palliative Care For Patients With Advanced Cancer In Hospital

Cancer poses a great threat to human health.As a special vulnerable group,patients with terminal cancer suffer from heavy pressure in physical,psychological and economic aspects,which urgently need the attention and support of the whole society.Modern medical mode pays attention to humanistic care,provide support services to patients of both medical and ethical significance,and palliative care in our country is still in its infancy,service system is not yet perfect,medical social work is an important member of the palliative care team,mainly to help the patient and family to deal with because of disease,trauma,and other related social psychological problem,for respond to the diversified needs of palliative care patients with the possibility of intervention,how to use social work intervention in the palliative care service,integrate the use of social resources to help patients out of the woods,just need to build a social support network.At present,most researches on the construction of social support network for patients with advanced cancer focus on the perspective of clinical medicine,and only stay on the current situation,necessity and prospect,while few practical researches on the intervention of social work.This research adopts semi-structured interview method,observation method,case study method,on the theory of social support network theory,edge Angle,mainly from the perspective of terminal cancer patients and their families,to palliative care and the social support network as the breakthrough point,comb in terminal cancer patients' social support network status,palliative care in our country,summarized the main characteristic of the social support network of terminal cancer patients and the plight of the demand for their problems and have a overall understanding,raises the feasibility and necessity of medical social work intervention.In this paper,we study a typical case for 1 case of terminal cancer patients,in case work method to explore the construction of terminal cancer patients with the involvement of the social support network path,expounds the specific intervention process,put forward the terminal cancer patients,analyzing the present situation and difficulties faced by key around the intervention strategy of social support networks,informal social support for patients andformal social support classification analysis,on how to build the terminal cancer patients' social support network put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.
