Objective1.To study the nursing stress, negative emotion and quality of life of the primary caregivers of stroke patients.2.To explore the effect of focusing solution on stress, anxiety, depression, and the quality of life of primary caregivers in patients with stroke.MethodsAccording to include, exclusion criteria, selection in December 2016 to May 2017 in a third grade hospital in zhengzhou city, neurology department 1,2 units and neurological rehabilitation division one,two ward in the hospital the main caregivers of patients with cerebral apoplexy, the research object were divided into intervention group and control group. The control group carried out routine psychological care, including admission mission t,emotional counseling and health guidance. The intervention group introduced the focus solution to psychological care, including the description of the problem, the construction of the specific feasible target, the exploration of the exception, the feedback and the evaluation of the progress of the five steps.Research tools including patients' general information questionnaire, primary caregivers general data questionnaire, anxiety self evaluation scale, depression self rating scale and health survey profiles, caregiver stress scale,Barthel index scale, compared two groups of primary caregivers, the effect of psychological nursing.SPSS19.0 statistical software package was used for statistical treatment, and statistical methods were used: t test, variance analysis and chi-square test,etc.,P<0.05 showed that the difference was statistically significant.Results1.There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups of stroke patients and primary caregivers before intervention(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life, caregiving pressure, anxiety and depression scores between two groups of stroke caregivers(P> 0.05).2.After the intervention of the two groups, the indexes were evaluated again:(1)quality of life: the quality of life of the main caregivers of the intervention group was higher than the control group and the score difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compare the difference of changes in health between the groups before and after intervention, and the difference of the intervention group(22.55±10.22)compared with the control group, the difference was significantly higher than that of the control group(10.85±10.62),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Care of pressure: main caregivers to take care of the pressure in the two groups after the intervention were decreased, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),intervention group is(3.23 ±1.69)decline in earlier(3.84±0.22)and control group(6.06-1.06)for down(1.85 ± 0.62),compared with before intervention group patients with primary caregivers to take care of the pressure drop is more apparent, and compared with the control group with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)Analysis of the effect of general data of patients and caregivers on the effect of intervention in intervention group: The results showed that Barthel index scale and age of patients were different, and the score of caregivers after intervention was different, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)The greater the degree of mobility disorder, the greater the pressure on caregivers, the worse the intervention effect.Caregivers own economic income and take care of patients in different time will also affect the focus solution mode intervention effect, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)Anxiety: after the intervention primary caregivers anxiety score two group were lower than before the intervention, intervention group(37.86±8.46)for the control group(42.06± 3.06),score difference between the two groups before and after intervention were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the contrast between the intervention group is more superior to control group, intervention group difference value is(19.55±7.22)before and after the intervention,to take care of difference value is(9.85± 5.62)before and after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)After intervention, the caregivers of intervention group significantly reduced the anxiety level, the number of caregivers of mild and moderate anxiety intervention group decreased significantly, and 38 cases(69.1% Caregivers' anxiety score was lower than 50,much higher than that of the control group(32.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(6)Depression: two groups after intervention in primary caregivers, depression scores are lower than before, intervention group(40.86±8.46)for the control group(45.04± 3.96),score difference between the two groups before and after intervention were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the contrast between the intervention group is more superior to control group, intervention group difference value is(16.85± 6.29)before and after the intervention, control group difference value is(13.45± 6.72)before and after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(7)Before and after intervention, the two groups of caregivers had a moderate depression rate of up to 50%,with no significant difference between the two groups. After intervention, the caregivers in the intervention group experienced a significant decrease in depression. The number of caregivers of mild to moderate depression in the intervention group was significantly reduced. The depression score of caregivers in 36 patients(65.5%)was lower than 53,which was much higher than that in the control group(29.17%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions1.During the care of stroke patients, the main caregivers have reduced quality of life, varying degrees of anxiety and depression, and the care of them is more stressful.2.Solution focused approach for psychological nursing more effectively than conventional psychological nursing methods reduce to take care of the pressure, reduce anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve the quality of life of stroke patients with primary caregivers.
