Objective:To analyze the effects of focused solution therapy on anxiety,depression and outcomes of childbirth such as gestational age,mode of delivery,neonatal 1 minute Apgar score,neonatal survival rates,neonatal weight in hospitalized bed rest pregnancy women for preventing miscarriage.Methods:1.Purposive sampling was used to select the hospitalized bed rest pregnancy women in the obstetrical ward of a three grade a hospital in Shenyang from February 2017 to July 2017 to have a questionnaire research.Using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)as the research tool to measure the anxiety and depression level of the hospitalized bed rest pregnancy women.2.80 patients were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)randomly.Baseline survey was conducted in two groups before the intervention.The control group were given responsibility system for holistic nursing care and the experimental group were given focused solution therapy besides routine nursing three times for two weeks.The patients were evaluated the level of anxiety and depression when registered in the hospital,the level of anxiety and depression in the two groups after each week,outcomes of childbirth(such as gestational age,mode of delivery,neonatal 1 minute Apgar score,neonatal survival rates,neonatal weight,etc).3.All the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software package.Statistical methods included statistically description such as rate and percentage;T testsuch as independent sample t test and paired t test;Chi-square test,such as four chi-square test,Chi square test for continuous correction,Row×column chi square test.The test level of bilateral was 0.05,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results: 1.Before the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression were 52.96±7.24 and 55.03±8.44 in experimental group,51.18±7.87 and 53.84±10.77 in control group.Two groups of patients with different levels of anxiety and depressionhad no significant difference(P>0.05).2.After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression in the experientalgroup were 42.53±8.04 and44.40±6.20 that lower than those before the intervention.The number of different levels of anxiety and depression was less than before the intervention,theyhad significant difference(P>0.05).3.After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression in thecontrolgroup were 47.59±9.82 and50.93±6.14 that lower than those before the intervention.The number of different levels of anxiety was less than before the intervention,theyhad no significant difference(P<0.05).The number of different levels of depression was less than before the intervention,theyhadsignificant difference(P>0.05).4.After the of intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression in the experimental group were 42.53±8.04 and 44.40±6.20 that lower than those the control group were 47.59±9.82 and 50.93±6.14.The number of different levels of anxiety and depression was less than the control group,theyhad significant difference(P>0.05).5.After the total intervention,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant were gestational age and neonatal weight(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mode of delivery(P=0.633),the 1 minute Apgar score(P=0.179)and the neonatal survival rates(P=0.347).Conclusion:The focused solution therapy is easy to conduct that can help the hospitalized bed rest pregnancy women to reduce anxiety and depression level and increase gestational age and neonatal weight to improve the outcome of pregnancy in general.Therefore,it is suggested that it is widely used in clinical practice in the maternity ward for the hospitalized bed rest pregnancy women.And actively popularize to routine nursing in order to improve the quality.
