| Objects:(1) Study the compliance questionnaire of patients with tumor;(2) To measure level of compliance of scale for patients with tumour ment;(3) To analysis the influence factors of patients compliance;(4) Formulating corresponding measures to improve cancer patients’compliance review of the theoretical advice.Methods:This research mainly adopts the methods including literature research, questionnaire survey method, observation method, etc. firstly,This study selected oncology patients in random cluster sampling method to select the third xiangya hospital in changsha city hunan province, the questionnaire survey was applied to109patients test reliability and validity of the survey. And then selected the March1,2012to August31,2012in changsha city hunan province, the third xiangya hospital oncology treatment on tumor appointment (not including in front of109people), patients with a total of942people, the rehabilitation of tumor patients review compliance level is measured and its influencing factors were studied. Three questionnaire survey tools include:tumor patients’compliance review of the questionnaire, the hospital anxiety depression scale and social support scale. On the statistical method of this study in the development of tumor patient adherence questionnaire using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and the questionnaire for the test reliability and validity of scale. Mainly using test and variance analysis for quantitative data are compared, and the mean of using LSD in analysis of variance method are compared, and two for the understanding of the influence factors associated with adherence, we also use the unconditioned Logistic regression to analyze the data. The above analysis processes are completed in the SPSS18.0statistical software.Results:(1) the research development of the scale has good reliability and validity, the overall standardized Cronbach’s coefficient is0.857, in the final retest reliability, intraclass correlation coefficient is0.813, shows that the questionnaire has good retest reliability. Factor analysis results show that all the items in accordance with the design of the proposed factor, confirmatory factor analysis showed that x2/df=3.09, shows that the fit of the model and the measured data is higher; CFI value=0.932, indicating compliance used by the survey questionnaire structure model is acceptable. Through the development scale of measurement can reflect the real cancer patients compliance level.(2) tumour Patients in the total survey were942people, the patient’s level of compliance score was35.23±12.64.(3) By measuring the compliance of the patients, the mean comparison results show that women,45to54age group, married people, college or above degree, medical insurance ginseng protect personnel to retirees and monthly income in3000yuan of above, self-induction symptoms, disease knowledge, low level of surgical treatment, depression, anxiety and low level of social support level of the crowd compliance levels are higher than other groups accordingly.(4) We found the gender, age, marital status, education level, income, self-induction symptoms, illness informed, disease knowledge, depression, anxiety and social support factors affect patients’compliance review by measuring.Conclusions:(1) This study used this questionnaire to investigate tumor patients’compliance review has a good reliability and validity.(2) The survey found that cancer patients review compliance level was not high, affected by many factors.(3) We found that Affected the level of tumor patient’s compliance review of the main factors in the order:diabetes was informed, income, social support, disease knowledge, marital status, age, education level, depression, anxiety, gender characteristics, self-induction symptoms.(4) According to these factors can make corresponding intervention measures to improve the patient’s tumor review compliance, ensure the treatment effect and promote the treatment of patients with tumor and prevention... |
