Objective:The treatment compliance,treatment attitude and belief and medical support of elderly hypertension patients in longsha district,qiqihar,to evaluate the levels of treatment compliance of elderly hypertension,and to explore the related influencing factors of treatment compliance and its relationship with treatment attitude and belief,medical social support,and to improve the rate of patients treatment compliance and the health,and provide the basis for improving the quality of life,meanwhile,to provide reference for hospital managers and medical staff to carry out interventions.Methods:We have extensively reviewed the related literature about patient treatment compliance to provide reference for its development.we used the basic data scale,treatment compliance scale,hypertension treatment attitude and belief evaluated scale and other four scales as survey tools and investigated elderly patients with hypertension in longsha district of Qiqihar by means of convenience sampling.A total of 465 questionnaires were issued and 450 valid questionnaires were recovered.Epidata3.0 was used to double-input the data to establish a database,and SPSS24.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Descriptive Statistics was used to analysis the basic demographic data of respondents,and Independent-Samples t test or Analysis of Variance was performed on the compliance of hypertension treatment for the aged with different age,gender,education level,occupation,etc.Correlation analysis was performed on the relationship between treatment compliance,treatment attitude and belief,and medical social support.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the treatment compliance of hypertension,P<0.05 was taken as statistically significant difference.Results:1.Treatment compliance in elderly patients with hypertension: among the 450 elderly patients with hypertension,the average score of treatment compliance was(100.27+13.91).Among the four dimensions,the scores of drug compliance and daily life management were the highest.There were statistically significant differences in adverse drug taking behavior and daily life management behavior between elderly hypertension patients of different gender(P<0.05).And different age about elderly patients with hypertension have statistically significant difference in treatment compliance and daily life management;There were statistically significant differences in treatment compliance,daily life management and tobacco and alcohol consumption management scores among elderly hypertension patients with different educational levels(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total score and four dimensions of treatment compliance among elderly hypertension patients with different occupational,monthly income and hospitalization expenses(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences among elderly hypertension patients in drug compliance,daily management and tobacco and alcohol management with different marital status;There were statistically significant differences in treatment compliance and management of tobacco and alcohol consumption in elderly hypertension patients who lived with friends and relatives in different ways(P<0.05).The scores of elderly patients with different stages of hypertension showed statistically significant differences in treatment compliance and medication compliance(P<0.05).The score of treatment compliance of elderly hypertension patients with different family histories was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of treatment compliance and medication compliance among elderly hypertensive patients with taking anti-hypertensive drugs for different time periods have statistically significant difference.There are have statistically significant difference for the aged patients with hypertension in the score of treatment compliance? adverse drug taking behavior,daily life management and tobacco and alcohol consumption.The score of treatment compliance,medication compliance and daily life management for the aged patients with hypertension who smoked or drank have statistically significant difference(P<0.05).According to multiple linear regression analyze,the occupation,smoking status,monthly income,time to consult doctors,age and hospitalization expenses of the patients were the influencing factors of treatment compliance.2.The score of treatment attitude and belief and medical social support status: among the 450 elderly patients with hypertension,the average score of treatment attitude and belief was(80.37±12.64),among them,the score of attitude and belief about medication was(25.90±7.07),treat attitude and belief about life was(29.26±5.48),and the score about concerns persistent treatment was(10.26±2.67),and the score about continuous treatment of attitudes and beliefs was(14.96±1.71).The average score of medical social support was(80.68±13.45),among them,the score of practical support was(18.73±3.26),and the score of message and emotional support was(31.81±6.89),and the score of social activity support was(17.07±3.00),and the score of emotional support was(13.07±2.34).3.The relationship between treatment attitude and belief,the score of medical social support status and treatment compliance: according to correlation analysis,there was a positive correlation between treatment attitude and belief,treatment attitude and belief about medication,treatment attitude about life and belief,adherence to treatment attitudes and beliefs and treatment compliance,as well as each dimension,and there was a positive correlation between persistent treatment attitude and belief and treatment compliance,medication compliance,adverse drug behavior,daily life management and tobacco and alcohol consumption;as well as the relationship between message and the score of emotional support and treatment compliance,medication compliance and adverse drug behavior were positive.4.The influence of treatment attitude and belief?medical social support on treatment compliance: according to multiple linear aggression analysis,treatment attitude and belief?social activity support,message and emotional support,adherence to treatment attitudes and beliefs,and emotional support are the influencing factors of treatment compliance.Conclusions:The overall treatment compliance of the elderly hypertension in this area is better,but it needs further improvement.Age,occupation,monthly income,time to consult doctors,smoking status,and hospitalization expenses are the influencing factors for treatment compliance of them.Treatment compliance was positively correlated with treatment attitude and belief and medical social support,among which treatment attitude and belief,social activity support,message and emotional support,adherence to treatment attitude and belief and emotional support were the influencing factors of treatment compliance.Therefore,medical staff can further improve the treatment compliance of elderly patients with hypertension by extending nursing intervention and other measures.
