An Investigation Into The Effect Of The Comprehensive Rehabilitation That On The Social Skill In Family Bed Model Of Schizophrenic Patients

Objective The study is to explore the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation on the family bed model of schizophrenic patients,and to provide experience of comprehensive rehabilitation for family bed model of schizophrenic patients in the future.Methods 82 cases of family bed model of schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into contrast group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The contrast group was the conventional service group(To the family bed model of schizophrenic patients who were in a stable condition and were under recovery at home,the Attending doctor of our hospital offered them medicine for free regularly,and ask them whether they had a fluctuation of illness and whether they had side reactions of thirst,constipation,or when you stand up a hypotension appeared)of the family bed.The observation group was the comprehensive rehabilitation intervention group that on the basis of the conventional service group.two groups were assessed by SDSS,ADL,PSP before the comprehensive rehabilitation and after the comprehensive rehabilitation at the forth,eighth and twelfth weekends.Results Analyzed the two group's data,the Repeated Measures ANOVA result was that after the comprehensive rehabilitation,there was a significant difference in SDSS scores at difference times(before the comprehensive rehabilitation and after the comprehensive rehabilitation at the forth,eighth and twelfth weekends)(F =142.974,P <0.001).as the comprehensive rehabilitation continued,the SDSS scores declined;The data inspection showed that: there was a significant difference between the two groups(F =5.074,P =0.027),the score of the observation group was lower than the contrast group.before the comprehensive rehabilitation and at the fourth weekend of the comprehensive rehabilitation,there was no significant difference in SDSS scores between the two groups(P >0.05);on the eighth,twelfth weekends of the comprehensive rehabilitation,the scores of the observation groups were lower than the contrast groups and there was significant difference in SDSS scores between the two groups(P <0.05).Analyzed the two group's data,the Repeated Measures ANOVA result was that after the comprehensive rehabilitation,there was a significant difference in ADL scores at difference times(before the comprehensive rehabilitation and after the comprehensive rehabilitation at the forth,eighth and twelfth weekends)(F =22.574,P <0.001).as the comprehensive rehabilitation continued,the ADL scores declined;The data inspection showed that: there was a significant difference between the two groups(F =4.138,P =0.045),the score of the observation group was lower than the contrast group.before the comprehensive rehabilitation and at the fourth weekend of the comprehensive rehabilitation,there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P >0.05);on the eighth,twelfth weekends of the comprehensive rehabilitation,the scores of the observation groups were lower than the contrast groups and there was significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P <0.05).Analyzed the two group's data,the Repeated Measures ANOVA result was that after the comprehensive rehabilitation,there was a significant difference in PSP scores at difference times(before the comprehensive rehabilitation and after the comprehensive rehabilitation at the forth,eighth and twelfth weekends)(F =475.986,P <0.001).as the comprehensive rehabilitation continued,the PSP scores increased;The data inspection showed that: there was a significant difference between the two groups(F =5.466,P =0.022),the score of the observation group was higher than the contrast group.before the comprehensive rehabilitation and at the fourth weekend of the comprehensive rehabilitation,there was no significant difference in PSP scores between the two groups(P >0.05);on the eighth,twelfth weekends of the comprehensive rehabilitation,the scores of the observation groups were higher than the contrast groups and there was significant difference in PSP scores between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusions 1.Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the state of mental degenerate of the family bed model schizophrenic patients,for example: poor self-care ability,apathy and social withdrawal.2.Comprehensive rehabilitation improves the activity of daily living of the family bed model of schizophrenic patients,and enhances their confidence of the comprehensive rehabilitation.3.Comprehensive rehabilitation improves their working ability and function of family,their social disability is improved significantly.4.Comprehensive rehabilitation improves personal and social relationships of the family bed model schizophrenic patients.Comprehensive rehabilitation improves the personal and social functions in schizophrenic patients in home sickbed and promotes their integration into family and society.The comprehensive rehabilitation on the family bed model of schizophrenic patients can provide reference for the recovery of social schizophrenic patients too.
