Objective By studying the construction of standardized training base of 15 general practitioners in Anhui Province,explores the existing problems and causes of general practitioners' training base in Anhui Province.Put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.Provide Scientific and Practical Basis for Health Administration to Improve the Construction of Standardized Training Base for General Practitioners.Methods First of all,through the literature analysis method,we got the relevant literature about the training of general practitioners and policy literature;Second,Obtain the data of base hospital in 2016 from Anhui Provincial Standardized Medical Resident Training Center and Postgraduate Medical Education network,used Epidata3.1 to establish a database and enter data,using Spss 16.0 and Excel analysis software for general descriptive analysis.Third,through expert talks,they learned about their views and suggestions on the current standardization training of general practitioners in Anhui Province.Results(1)Except H hospitals,15 general practitioners standardized training bases in Anhui Province meet the requirements,?500 beds,annual outpatients and annual emergency care volume ?420000.The compliance rate is 93.3%.(2)Each training base has a computer retrieval system and is open to students,the gap between the infrastructure construction of each training base is large,mainly in the number of books,the types of books,the area of the per capita occupancy of the classroom,the area of the per capita share of the simulation center and so on.(3)The training bases are well-organized,but their positioning is not clear and their functions cross;the construction of rules and regulations is imperfect and not implemented.(4)In 2016,there were a total of 1,265 instructors in Anhui Province,including 832 males,accounting for 65.8%;433 females,accounting for 34.2%;355 from internal medicine departments,accounting for 28.1%,and 21 general practitioners.1.7%;The overall teacher training rate is 41.4%,but the training rate for teacher training at each base varies greatly.The highest is 100%,and the lowest is 0;the title structure of chief physician,deputy chief physician,and attending physician is 1:1.16:1.05.(5)The assessment methods of training bases are uneven,and the contents of training assessment are not uniform and are in a form.(6)In the period of 2014-2016,Anhui Province enrolled 3,989 standardized training trainees of resident physicians,including 2,049 males and 1940 females;3,605 corporate members and 384 social members;674 internal medicine specialists,accounting for 16.9%;458 general practitioners.Accounted for 11.5%.(7)The salary income of students with different status is different,the highest is 5487 yuan/month/person,and the minimum is 0 yuan;the salary income mainly comes from the central finance,local finance,and base self-investment;the highest salary of the tutor is 10,600 yuan/year.The minimum is4784 yuan/year.Conclusion(1)Strengthen the construction of general medicine and expand the training of general practitioners.(2)Establish and improve the organizational structure of the base hospital,improve the rules and regulations and implement it.(3)Do a good job of hardware facilities construction,improve the quality of students.(4)Improve teacher selection,training,assessment and motivation.(5)Establish and improve the assessment system and dynamic assessment of the monitoring mechanism.(6)Increase investment,broaden sources of funding,and establish a diversified financing mechanism.
