Clinical Observation Of “five Needling Methods Of Miraculous Pivot” In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "five needling methods of Miraculous Pivot" in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:The 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned,the treatment group was treated with“five needling methods of Miraculous Pivot",and the control group used the ordinary acupuncture method for two courses of treatment,visual analogue scales(VAS),neck disability index(NDI)and cervical spondylosis symptom grading were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results.Results:1.The total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 90%in the control group.?2 test showed that ?2=0.27,P=0.60,indicating that there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.However,?2 test was also used for the cured and markedly effective rate of the treatment group(83.33%)and the control group(56.67%),?2=3.89,P=0.048,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Wilcoxon rank test showed a statistically significant difference in the distribution of efficacy grade between the two groups.2.Visual analogue scales(VAS)of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the two groups were different in the degree of pain relief,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Neck disability index(NDI)between the two groups was compared and analyzed,showing significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups had differences in improving neck function,and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.The scores of cervical spondylosis symptomatic grading and quantifying in the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms and signs.Conclusion:"Five needling methods of Miraculous Pivot" can significantly reduce visual analogue scales(VAS),neck disability index(NDI),and the scores of cervical spondylosis symptomatic grading and quantifying in patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis,the distribution of curative effect was better than that of control group.
