Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Fu’s subcutaneous needling operated by filiformneedle for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:There were60patients participate in the research. They were divided into two groups:the treatment group and the contrast group. The treatment group was treated by Fu’s subcutaneous needling combine with routine acupuncture, while the contrast group was treated by routine acupuncture. We evaluate the therapeutic effect after providing the treatment for5times.Results:1.After the treatment, the score of the simplified McGill scale of each group is lower(p<0.05), compared with the score record before they received the treatment.2.After the treatment, the treatment group’s score of PRI feeling items, PRI mood items, total PRI and VAS reduced more than the contrast group’s(p<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups on the difference value of PPI.3.There was no significant difference on the cure rate and the total effective rate between the two groups.Conclusions:1.The Fu’s subcutaneous needling operated by filiformneedle can relieve the pain of CSR patients.2. The Fu’s subcutaneous needling operated by filiformneedle combine with routine acupuncture can improve the CSR patients’symptoms better, compared to the patients that only receive the routine acupuncture.
