Study Of Action Of Tqmmdecotion Proteing Optic Nerve After The Operation Of Primary Angle-Closure Glaucoma

Objective: To observe the curative effect of using TQMM decoction, of treating the impaired eyes' nerves of primary angle-closure glaucoma after operation.Methods: The 45 (68 eyes) cases of those patients dividing into two groups (traditional Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group). Compare in two kinds of treatment methods, the one is traditional Chinese medicine, another is Western medicine, and in many aspects, such as blood pressure, pulse, eyesight, eyes pressure field of vision, ERG, etc.Result: The patients' blood pressure and pulse isn't effected in traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group; The patients' eyesight and eyes pressure could be stabled in traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group; The patients' eyesight can be better and the patients' ERG can be powerful in traditional Chinese medicine group.Conclusions: the curative effect of using TQMM decoction, of treating the impaired eyes' nerves of Primary angle-closure glaucoma after operation is very good, and the traditional Chinese medicine's effect is to protect the impaired eyes' nerves of Primary angle-closure glaucoma after operation.
