Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type With Three-dimensional Fixed-point Rotation Reduction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of three-dimensional fixed-point rotation reduction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:From February 2019 to November 2019,a total of 64 patients who met the diagnosis of CSA were selected from the outpatient department of Department 2 of Orthopedics,First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Four patients were exclude and sixty patients were actually completed.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment time.The treatment group was treated with three-dimensional fixed-point rotation reduction method.The control group was treated with neutral fixed-point rotation reduction method.And the two groups of patients were fixed and braked with neck bracket for one month and then followed up for reexamination.Before and after treatment,the value of TCD,the score of cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation scale,and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine were observed.Result:1.Comparison of the score of cervical vertigo symptom and functional assessment scale: after the treatment,the scores of two groups both had highly significant differences in comparion with before the treatment(P<0.01).The difference in scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01)after the treatment.2.Comparison of TCD(Vp?Vm): after the treatment,the indexes of the two groups both had differences in comparion with before the treatment,that were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were analyzed by the comparison between the groups.The results showed that difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the three-dimensional fixed-point rotation reduction method and the neutral fixed-point rotation reduction method can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,but the three-dimensional fixed-point rotation reduction method is more effective.2.Through the statistical analysis of the curative effect observation of the two groups,the treatment group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and blood flow speed of the vertebral artery by using the method of three-dimensional fixed-point rotation reduction.This manipulation is a traditional Chinese medicine method guided by axial thinking mode,that could be effective and operated easily.
