Clinical Obeservation Of The Yiqi Huoxue Method With The Chronic Heart Failure Patients (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: To observe the effects of the yiqi huoxue method on TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP and classification of NYHA heart function in patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis typ e,and evaluate the clinical curative effect of yiqi huoxue method on chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis typ e.Methods: 62 patients were selected as research subjects,who met the criteria of admission,and they were all from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the fourth Cardiovascular disease department.The patients we re randomly divided into 2 groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western standardized treatment,while the experimental group was given yiqi huoxue method on the basis of the treatment of western standardized treatment.The treatment lasts for 3 weeks.The clinical efficiency of the method of yiqi huoxue on the treatment of chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were analyzed by observing TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP and classification of NYHA heart function before and after treatment,were analyzed by statistical software.Results:1.The efficiency of TCM syndrome:(1)Both two groups of treatment were reduced the degree of the syndrome score of TCM after treatment before that,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),both were effective.(2)Comparing between groups after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the experimental group reduced TCM symptom score more significantly.The total effective rate of the syndrome score of TCM in the treatment group was 93.33%,while 72.41% in the control group,and the experimental group of therapeutic effect was superior to the control group.2.The level of the NT-pro BNP:(1)Both two groups of treatment were decreased the level of the NT-pro BNP after treatment before that,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),both were effective.(2)Comparing between groups after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the experimental group lowered the level of the NT-pro BNP was better than the control group.3.The classification of NYHA heart function:(1)The total effective rate of classification of NYHA heart function in the treatment group was 90%,while 75.86% in the control group,and both were effective.(2)Comparing between groups after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the effect of improving the classification of NYHA heart function in the experimental group was better than in the control group.Conclusion:1.The yiqi huoxue method combind with western standardized treatment can reduce the TCM syndrome score of pati ents with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),improve the clinical symptoms.2.The yiqi huoxue method combind with western standardized treatment can reduce the level of NT-pro BNP in patients with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).3.The yiqi huoxue method combind with western standardized treatment can improve the classification of NYHA heart function of the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).
