| Objective This study is to observe the blood and qi deficiency blood stasis type of chronic heart failure clinical curative effect. To through the yiqi huoxue fang Chinese medicine treatment, aimed at the short term objective to evaluate the effect of the herbal medicine medicinal broth, and observe its safety, in order to further provide a theoretical foundation for the research of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Randomly selected from a diagnosis of chronic heart failure patients with TCM syndrome of qi deficiency blood stasis type 40 cases,20 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 20 cases. Control group treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group take the yiqi huoxue prescription decoction, continuous treatment of 4 weeks were observed. Observation of clinical symptoms, heart doppler ultrasound measurement values, syndromes and statistical analysis, etc.Results (1) Observation group before treatment and Chinese medicine symptom integral: TCM symptom score was no significant difference with control group, observation group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral statistically significant compared with control group of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral.(2) 6 minutes walk test:comparison before and after treatment the treatment group exercise tolerance improvement than the control group significantly (P< 0.05).(3) a heart colour to exceed ejection fraction:after treatment the treatment group heart ejection fraction improve the total effective rate 80% compared with the control group improved significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti heart failure combined with traditional Chinese medicine yiqi huoxue fang for the treatment of chronic heart Power failure clinical curative effect of improved significantly. |
