Objective: To observe the clinicall effects of Yiqihuoxue Decoction intreatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failurepatient.Materials and methods: The60cases of chronic heart failure patients whichmet the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups of patients by the methodof random digits table, the control group using conventional western treatment,the treatment group using western medicine andYiqihuoxue Decoction,the courseof treatment was4weeks. After four weeks before and after treatment in patientswith TCM symptoms, Western medicine efficacy of chronic cardiacindex changesand the patients’ quality of life improvement.Completed the before and aftertreatment of urine,blood routine,liver,kidney function and laboratoryexamination in order to judge its efficacy and safety.Results:The two groups patients’ total efficiency indexes of heart function,TCM symptoms, improving quality of life outcome have a significant differenceimproving (P <0.05), and the treatment group in was significantly higher thanthat of control group (p<0.05), Two groups of patients before and after treatmentof blood, urine,stool routine liver and kidney function tests did not changesignificantly, but2cases of the control group patients appeared dry cough afteroral benazepril piece,cough disappeared after switching to losartan tabletsafter1week..While the treatment group had no adverse reaction.To prove theYiqihuoxue Decoction on the human body without toxic and side effect,is safeand effective.Conclusion:1.Yiqihuoxue Decoction in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromeof chronic heart failure patients was siginficantly improved in patients withheart palpitations,shortness of breath and fatigue, chest pain,purple lips,oliguria and other TCM symptoms.2.Yiqihuoxue Decoction in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromeof chronic heart failure patients was siginficantly improved in patients withcardiac index(CI),storke index(SI),ejection fraction(EF).3.Yiqihuoxue Decoction in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromeof chronic heart failure patients was more dffective than a single group whitwestern medicine.4.Yiqihuoxue Decoction in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromeof chronic heart failure patients can betterly improve patients’ quality of life.
