Clinical Observation Of Treating The Skin Itching Of Chronic Renal Failure (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Yiqihuoxue Method

Objective:Based on the observation of treating the skin itching of chronic renal failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)with the Buyanghuanwu Tang,evaluate the preliminary efficacy and safety of Yiqihuoxue method in treating chronic renal failure (Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) itchy skin.Methods:According to the research of diagnosis and exclusion criteria, the selection of35cases with chronic renal failure (qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) the skin pruritus patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group and control group,18cases in treatment group and17cases in control group. The control group was given basic treatment and the treatment group was given Yiqihuoxue method and Buyanghuanwu Tang based on the treatment of the control group. To observe and evaluate the degree of two groups of patients before and after treatment of skin itching, TCM syndrome integral, blood calcium and blood phosphorus, parathyroid hormone and blood magnesium, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, hemoglobin,blood coagulation function, curative effect and safety evaluation.Result:The treatment group cure rate was5.56%and total effective rate was77.78%;The control group cure rate of0, the total effective rate was35.29%. Compared two groups have significant difference (P<0.05); Itchy skin after treatment significantly reduce the degree and the TCM symptom integral, PT, APTT prolong, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen decreased, and it was much better than the control group.Conclusion:Yiqihuoxue method for chronic renal failure (qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) itchy skin can effectively improve the skin itching and TCM symptoms and signs and improve the high coagulation state.Also the curative effect is significant and safe.As a result, it can improve patients’ quality of life.
