ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to observe the exact clinical efficacy of cross-selecting acupoints and auricular embedding of seeds on patients with constipation after stroke,as well as the effects on serum SP and VIP levels, and to further explore the possible feasibility mechanism.Seeking to carry out a targeted ear-point acupuncture seed implantation operation method, take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology accurately, with a view to providing a practical auxiliary treatment method for the clinic.Methods70 patients were selected as the convenient sample, the patients cone from the third department of acupuncture and moxibustion in a tertiary A-class Chinese medicine hospital in Harbin from April 2019 to December2019 and were eligible for post-stroke constipation.According to the order of admission, patients were randomly divided into a control group and a test group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were based on routine treatment and nursing in hospital, the control group implemented seeds from auricular points for constipation. They were treated 4 times a day in the morning, middle, evening and before bedtime, each time pressing 1 ~ 2min;the test group implemented grouping cross-selection of auricular points and embedding seeds, that is,combined with the principle of auricular point selection, according to the pathogenesis of constipation after stroke, three groups of acupoints were selected, three groups of auricular points were used for treatment, and three groups of functional points are effective. The two groups are the same in terms of materials, acupoint selection, pressing methods, pressing time, and the treatment courses of both groups were two weeks. Before the intervention, the general data of the two groups of patients were compared. Before and after the intervention, the two groups of patients were evaluated with the Bristol stool scale, clinical score scale for constipation, serum SP,VIP content, andefficacy evaluation criteria. For the comparison of the first bowel movement time, the above data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software for two persons. The t-test and non-parametric test were adopted. It is statistically significant to set the P value to less than 0.05.Results1.Before the intervention, compare the two groups of patients with general information(including age, gender, stroke course, stroke type, etc.),Bristol stool scale score, clinical score for constipation, serum SP,VIP content, differences There was no statistical significance(P> 0.05),indicating that the general data, fecal traits, serum SP,VIP content, and constipation level of the two groups of patients before intervention were basically the same, and the two groups of patients were comparable.2.Comparison between the groups before and after the intervention, comparing the changes of the Bristol stool scale score, the total score of the clinical score of constipation, the serum SP and VIP content of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.has statistical significane.3.Comparison between the groups after intervention, the patients in the experimental group after intervention in the Bristol stool scale score, defecation frequency, defecation time, auxiliary dimensions and total score, serum SP,VIP content, comparison of efficacy in the constipation clinical score scale Better than the control group, the first defecation time of the test group after intervention is earlier than the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;the test group patients have difficulty in defecation, integrity, pain, and failure in the clinical constipation scale Compared with the control group, the scores of medical history and other dimensions were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions1.Grouping cross-selection of auricular points and embedding seeds can more effectively promote the improvement of constipation, and the effect is faster.Especially in improving the first bowel time and frequency ofdefecation,it is significantly better than conventional selection of auricular points and embedding seeds.2.Grouping cross-selection of auricular seeds and auricular embedding can significantly increase serum SP content and reduce serum VIP content compared with conventional auricular seed embedding.3.The treatment of post-stroke constipation by the method of cross-selecting acupoints and embedding seeds at ear acupoints may be achieved by exciting parasympathetic nerves, promoting smooth muscle contraction of the gastrointestinal tract, enhancing gastrointestinal peristalsis, regulating the content of SP and VIP in serum, and remodeling the bowel reflex.
