Clinical Observation Of Saussure Injection Combined With Vitamin B₁₂ In The Treatment Of Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Neuritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of saussure injection combined with vitamin B₁₂ in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis,and to increase the feasible methods for the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis,so as to provide a valuable reference for the clinical application of new treatment methods.Methods:Collected 60 cases related to this study of patients,in line with the lateral cutaneous nerve of diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,using statistical software patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group uses the saussure injection and vitamin B₁₂ in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis,the control group used compound betamethasone injection in combination with vitamin B₁₂ in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis,giving patients 1 times a week treatment,observation of patients before and after treatment to relieve symptoms of quantitative visual indicators,two months after follow-up of patients.Results:1.The recovery rate of 73.3%and the total effective rate of 93.3%in the treatment group after relevant treatment;The recovery rate was 83.3%and the total effective rate was 96.7%in the control group.The overall efficacy of the two groups of patients after relevant treatment was tested by SPSS22.0,which showed P>0.05,indicating no significant difference,and the treatment group had the same efficacy as the control group.2.VAS scores of pain and numbness in the two groups before and after relevant treatment were compared within the group with P<0.05,indicating a significant difference.Comparison between groups showed no significant difference at P>0.05.3.The comparison of nerve conduction velocity and lesion area in the two groups before and after treatment was P<0.05,indicating a significant difference.Comparison between groups showed no significant difference at P>0.05.4.The comparison between the two groups of patients after the treatment period showed that P<0.05,indicating a significant difference,and the treatment period of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.5.The comparison of the recurrence rates of the two groups after 2months of follow-up showed that there was no significant difference at P>0.05,indicating that the recurrence rates of the two groups were at the same level.Conclusion:Saussure injection combined with vitamin B₁₂ in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis can significantly improve the patients'pain,numbness,nerve conduction velocity and lesion area of the affected limb.Saussure injection combined with vitamin B12 in the treatment of femoral lateral cutaneous neuritis has the same effect as compound betamethasone injection combined with vitamin B12 in the treatment of femoral lateral cutaneous neuritis.The treatment cycle of saussure injection combined with vitamin B₁₂ in the treatment of femoral lateral cutaneous neuritis was higher than that of compound betamethasone injection combined with vitamin B₁₂ in the treatment of femoral lateral cutaneous neuritis.
