Clinial Observation On Treatment Of Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Neuritis By Combinating Electric Acupuncture Jiaji Points With Surrounding Acupuncture

Objective:In this study, the clinical efficacy of Jiaji Point with surrounding acupuncture on lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis, and explore this treatment lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis advantages of acupuncture treatment so as to seek the lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis a new idea.Methods:The diagnosis of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis 60 patients, using SPSS 19.0 statistical software were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,30 in each group. The treatment group Jiaji with local surrounding needling treatment; control group selected local surrounding needling treatment. Every time 30min,1 day and 6 days for treatment, rest on the 1st, the next course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment pain visual analogue scale (VAS), lesions of the skin area change, change ipsilateral nerve conduction velocity. Using statistical software SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis of the data of the two groups of patients, test of homogeneity of variance between groups were compared using paired samples t-test, comparing the group of samples using independent sample t test, P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1、Two groups of patients before and after treatment visual analog pain scores within (VAS) group were statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment the pain visual analogue scale (VAS) between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2、Two groups of patients in the comparison group numbness VAS scores before and after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05); numbness VAS score between groups after two groups of patients, statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group than the control group.3、Comparison of the two groups within the area of skin lesions group before and after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05); skin lesion area between two groups of patients after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than in the control group.4、two groups of patients in the ipsilateral nerve conduction velocity comparison group before and after treatment were statistically significant (P <0.05); After treatment the affected nerve conduction velocity between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group than the control group.5、the total efficiency of the two groups by Ridit analysis, statistically significant (P<0.05) after treatment, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion1、Jiaji with Wai Wai thorn prick and simple treatment can reduce the lateral femoral cutaneous lesions in patients with neuritis pain visual analog scale (VAS), to reduce the area of skin lesions, improve ipsilateral nerve conduction velocity.2、Jiaji with surrounding needling treatment lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis better than surrounding needling.3、with the surrounding needling Jiaji treatment clinically proven to be effective, and easy to accept the patient, worthy of promotion.
