Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Spine On Ligamentitis Treated By Injection Needle Scalpel Combined With Saussure Injection

Purpose:To observe the healing effect about supraspinal syndesmitis using injection needle scalpel and saussure injection,try to find more treatments of spinal supraspinal syndesmitis and provide a scientific basis for clinical standardization treatment.Method:64 cases of supraspinal syndesmitis were selected with certain diagnostic criteria those who went to Orthopaedics Clinic of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during January to December 2016.These cases were assigned into two groups(Treatment group and Control group)randomly and 32 patients in each group.Dropout patients calculated as invalid.The Treatment group use injection needle scalpel and saussure injection to treat supraspinal syndesmitis,but control group use traditional needle scalpel,both groups with two periods of treatment.Observe the status of pain,clinical symptoms and physical sign.Compare the curative effect and easement of pain in the back.Result:result of clinical efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group.Statistical analysis showed that the status of pain and function improvement of the treatment group significantly better than the control group,and a statistically significant.After two months follow-up found that treat supraspinal syndesmitis using injection needle scalpel and saussure injection had an advantage of long term cure.Conclusion:clinical study showed treat supraspinal syndesmitis using injection needle scalpel with exact effect,less trauma,low relapse rate,longer duration,higher safety,few side effects.Easy to be patient and less treatment costs.It applied to those who had the bad effect of manual and physical therapy,can’t use hormone treatment.This method provides scientific basis for clinical standardization treatment.
