The Clinical Observation By The Electronic Twister To The Puerperal Facial Paralysis In Convalescent Period

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electronic twister in the puerperal facial paralysis in convalescent period.Method : Sixty patients with puerperal facial paralysis in convalescent period were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.When it comes to the therapeutic acupuncture points,we selected Baihui,Below the affected side of the affected area 2/5.Yangbai,Sibai,Cuanzhu,Taiyang,Qianzheng,Xiaguan,Yingxiang,Quanliao,Dicang,Jiache,Chengjiang,Shuigou,Yingfeng of the affected area were choused as body acupoint.The distal therapeutic acupuncture points were bilateral Hegu and bilateral Zusanli.The control group was treated with pure penetrating puncture,while the treatment group was treated with electronic twister.The six days were one course of treatment,we observed the changes in the H-B classification and the FDI scores before and after treatment in the two groups,then calculated and compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Result:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,duration of disease course of disease,affected side,H-B classification,FDI scores,between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The H-B classification of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences of FDI scores between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).Besides,there was a statistically significant difference in the H-B classification between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the FDI scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(electronic twister)was 93.3%,and the control group(pure penetrating puncture)was 83.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both electronic twister and pure penetrating puncture can treat the patients who are in the puerperal facial paralysis in convalescentperiod effectively.these treatments are able to promote the recovery of facial nerve function,physical function and social life function of patients.2.In the H-B and FDI scales to assess patients' facial nerve function,physical function and social life function,electronic twister is obviously better than penetrating treatment alone.The inference of the mechanism remains to be confirmed by further research.
