Unhealthy living habits cause the morbidity and mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases continue to increase,which poses a great threat to people's life and health.The research shows human ECG and pulse signal contain a large amount of information,which can reflect cardiovascular status.The ECG and pulse signal monitoring has important reference value for the study of cardiovascular conditions.However,cardiovascular disease is more complex and has more interference factors,and the need for long-term monitoring by health care workers has resulted in the burden of health care workers and inconvenience to patients.So,this paper presents a remote monitoring system for ECG and pulse signals.(1)This article first introduces the theoretical basis of ECG and pulse signals.On this basis,the chip INA128 and chip TL074 are used to design the filter circuit and the amplification circuit to process the signals to obtain the required ECG and pulse signal.And the ECG circuit delay was measured,and the actual time was compared with the theoretical time,the measured delay time was 2.012 ms.In order to remove the delay,this paper uses a high-pass filter for delay compensation.The time difference after compensation is 0.612 ms.This part of the time difference is used as the ECG collection thread switching time,so that the ECG is synchronized.(2)The STM32L475 microcontroller is used to complete the RT-Thread,timer,and ADC modules.The ADC is controlled by the timer to collect ECG and pulse signal at a frequency of 500 Hz,and the network module is transplanted to complete the client remote transmission.Inputting 3.3V and 0V voltage,the embedded system was successfully transplanted.(3)Introducing the design process and workflow of the cloud service system,and collect human ECG and pulse signal to verify the function of cloud service system.The results show that the ECG and pulse signal can be displayed and saved on the server.Comparing with the MIMIC database's ECG and pulse signal,the QRS wave,P wave and heavy pulse peak of the pulse signal have not been lost.The system designed in this paper mainly includes the design of the electrocardiogram simultaneous acquisition circuit,the embedded RT-Thread client porting and the cloud service terminal.The completion of this system has some significance for the early prevention of cardiovascular disease and the burden reduction of medical staff.
