The human physiological and pathological information which pulse wave contains, has been paid attention by the Chinese and foreign medicine. The comprehensive analysis of pulse wave form, strength, speed and rhythm, shows it can reflect the human cardiovascular system in many physiological and pathological characteristics of blood flow. The signal conversion of the pulse wave, then we can have an objective standard of pulse resolution, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of diseases.This system designs a pulse signal acquisition system, which realizes acquisition of pulse signal,filtering processing, computer display, alarm and PC display and other functions, the main research contents are as follows:(1) Thesis designs a pulse signal conditioning circuit,the pulse signal which HK-2000B gets is processes by Level 1 amplification, Notch filter, Band-pass filter, Level 2 amplification, so that it not only improves the signal amplitude, and filter out the interference of a variety of clutter.(2) In this system, a 12 bit high precision AD converter of STM32 processor is used to filter analog pulse signal of the pulse signal conditioning circuit and calculate pulse frequency. The LCD liquid crystal screen display the waveform and the pulse rate, pulse frequency in the range exceeds the limit when the buzzer alarm.(3) This thesis uses Lab VIEW that has a good graphical interface and digital signal processing ability to design PC interface, pulse signal is transferred to the first machine by a serial port. PC implementation of gatherers information storage, serial communication Settings, further processing of the pulse wave signal display, storage and playback.Pulse signal acquisition system is designed in the thesis possesses the characteristics of low power consumption, and hardware/software combination filter to make pulse signal more precise. Under a machine display function can make the gatherers clearer visually observed the change of the pulse, gatherers information storage, the pulse waveform display, storage and playback can make doctors more convenient observation of the gatherers pulse waveform analysis, and detailed understanding of the illness.
