With the development of science and medical technology,traditional Chinese medicine is also keeping pace with The Times.It is expected to break through the bottleneck of traditional ideas through digital research,so that TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)medical treatment can get a more rapid development.As one of the most characteristic diagnosis and treatment methods of TCM,pulse diagnosis is the main focus of TCM informatization.In recent years,however,most researchers have focused on the study of pulse waveform extraction and related graphical analysis.The attempt of replace traditional Chinese medicine doctor with machines undoubtedly damaged the interests of traditional Chinese medicine Community.In addition,it is impossible for TCM doctor to participate in the analysis of pulse wave efficiently,which leads to the difficulty of research on pulse digitalization.In view of current informatization research status and development tendency of TCM pulse diagnosis,this paper carries out a new approach to the digital research of TCM,which is the TCM remote pulse diagnosis system.Pulse diagnosis is a kind of diagnosis and treatment method combined with finger sensation and action.In order to conveniently realize the remote pulse waveform extracting for Traditional Chinese medicine doctors and patients from separate places,in this paper,the selections and designs of Pulse & Fingering sensors and the Pulse & Fingering actuators are respectively carried out.According to the size and shape of sensor and actuator,the mechanical structure of the doctor terminal system and patient terminal system is designed and multiply modified.Finally,according to the selected sensor and the electrical parameters of the actuator,the control circuit of the two terminal systems are designed,as well as the corresponding control programs,which completes the development of TCM remote pulse diagnosis system.Subsequent testing of overall indicators and performance of the system was completed through an experimental test platform,and the effectiveness of the whole system was verified and analyzed.Overall,with the system designed in this paper,the implementation of remote pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine is achieved,which realized the remote bionic TCM fingering simulation and pulse condition acquisition on patients at the patient end,also,the collection of TCM fingering and pulse condition reconstruction on the doctor end.This lays the foundation for the clinical application of the remote pulse diagnosis system of TCM and the big data collection of patient pulse and TCM fingering.
