BACKGROUND According to the Asian international cooperation research shows[1],cardiovascular disease(CVD)accounted for half of the world 16.7 million noncommunicable disease mortality, although CVD risk is considered low in developing countries in economy, but circulation system disease and cardiovascular disease in China is still a major cause of death, cardiovascular disease accounted for40% of all deaths. In addition,in China, cardiovascular morbidity and mortality are expected to increase significantly over the next 20 years.According to the British heart foundations 2007 coronary heart disease statistics report [2] : in the UK,circulatory and cardiovascular diseases continue to be the leading cause of death and disability, despite a encouraging and continuing decline in deaths from heart disease.Due to the problems of premature death from cardiovascular diseases and the increasing cost of nursing care, people are faced with a huge financial burden. One of the most striking features of the 2007 statistics was the significant differences in the prevalence of cardiovascular disease between and within communities. For example, humen living in the west of Scotland are six times more likely to die prematurely from coronary heart disease than those living in the south west of England. There are differences even over short distances, such as in London, where residents of tower hamlets are three times more likely to die prematurely from coronary heart disease than their peers in Kensington and Chelsea. There are many reasons for this, many of them statistical: the effects of economic imbalances, smoking, poor diet and lack of exercise on cardiovascular risk factors such as high blood pressure, obesity and diabetes. As a result, the British heart failure foundation has recently adopted a new coronary heart disease prevention and care strategy, with the goal of fighting heart disease together. So for the early prevention of coronary heart disease, reduce mortality is of certain significance.Urinary inhibition for uric acid(UA)and cystatin C(Cys C),the study found that both positively correlated with the incidence of coronary heart disease, the mechanism of action of both on coronary artery damage and function link each other measures, both in theory of coronary artery injuries may have the function of the collaborative, but now their influence on atherosclerosis if there are few synergies related research. If the UA and Cys C test results can be used to predict and judge the possibility and lesion range of patients with coronary heart disease,it will undoubtedly have extremely important clinical significance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation and synergistic effect of UA and Cys C on coronary artery stenosis by comparing the serum UA and Cys C concentrations with the results of coronary angiography. Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 831 patients who received Coronary angiography in maanshan people's hospital from January 2016 to October2018 and met the inclusion criteria(among them,426 patients in CHD group with coronary artery stenosis and 405 patients in non-chd group).According to the results of coronary angiography, the degree of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary artery stenosis index(Gensini score)and uric acid, the elf inhibition Cys C serological detection index, analysis of urinary inhibition Cys C level and uric acid and the correlation of coronary artery stenosis, and to explore urinary inhibition of uric acid and Cys C increases with single factor increases at the same time its influence on coronary artery damage. Results: Multivariate regression analysis showed that both uric acid and Cys C were independent risk factors for CHD,with odds ratios of 1.011(95% CI 1.007?1.014)and 5.830(95% CI 2.061?16.692).Gensini score was higher in patients with The mean blood concentrations of uric acid and cystatin C in patients with three-vessel disease were higher than that in patients with one-vessel disease [(464.53±94.11)umol/L vs.(389.58±84.88)umol/L and(2.03±0.252)mg/L vs.(1.26±0.232)mg/L],and the higher the level of uric acid and cystatin C,the wider the range of coronary artery disease(P < 0.05).simultaneous increase of uric acid and Cys C(P<0.05).Conclusion :This study showed that hyperuricemia and cystatin C were associated with coronary heart disease. At the same time, uric acid and cystatin C are independent risk factors for coronary heart disease. And the increase of both had synergistic effect on coronary artery injury. This study has important significance for the prediction of coronary heart disease risk.
