Objective:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease seriously endangers human health and is one of the main causes of death in China. In recent years, hyperuricemia has become one of the major health problems in the world, and the incidence rate has increased year by year, becoming more and more young. Some studies have suggested that blood uric acid is a risk factor for the death of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. This article focuses on whether blood uric acid concentration is related to cardiovascular adverse events. Methods:A total of 674 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were selected from a hospital in the Department of Cardiology and Cardiology from January 2015 to December 2017(including 73 deaths and 601 non-deaths).There were 401 males and 273 females. There were 40 cases of hyperuricemia in dead patients and 33 cases of normal uric acid;207 cases of hyperuricemia in non-death patients and 394 cases of normal uric acid. The age is 35-92 years old,the average age is 68.41 years old.Detailed records of the patient’s general condition(age, gender,BMI,diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure),pathological indicators detected after admission(LDL,HDL,TC,TG,GGT,creatinine,BUN,EF,GLU),medication status(aspirin,Clopidogrel, statins). In this study, male patients with uric acid value greater than 416μmol/L and female patients with uric acid value greater than 357 μmol/L were classified as hyperuricemia patients group according to uric acid index.Female patients with uric acid values of 89-357 μmol/L were included in the normal uric acid patient group. This study first analyzed the relationship between the death group and non-death group of patients with coronary heart disease and various indicators, risk factors and drug use.The relationship between non-death group and death group in hyperuricemia patients,non-death group and death group in normal uric acid patients, and normal uric acid group in non-death patients were analyzed in turn.Statistical software uses SPSS24.0 for statistical analysis.Pearson’s X2 test was used to compare the composition ratio of the two samples. The comparison between groups is analyzed according to the sample distribution:the normal distribution uses the independent sample t test, and the skew distribution uses the Wilcoxon rank sum test. All data averages are expressed as mean ± standard deviation(X±S),and categorical variables are expressed as percentages.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The mean uric acid value(462.72 ± 195.01)μmol/L of the death group of patients with coronary heart disease was significantly higher than that of the non-death group(363.46 ±123.60)μmol/L,with a significant difference(P<0.001).2.Age and systolic blood pressure have significant differences compared with death and non-death in patients with hyperuricemia(P<0.05),but no significant difference compared with death and non-death in normal uric acid patients(P>0.05).3.Among the patients with hyperuricemia, there was a significant difference in age,BUN(P<0.001),systolic blood pressure,Cr,GLU(P<0.05)between the death group and the non-death group.4.In patients with normal uric acid,LDL,HDL,BUN,and GLU have significant differences compared with death and non-death(P<0.05).5.Among non-death patients with coronary heart disease, compared with normal uric acid group,BUN,GGT,Cr,EF,oral clopidogrel(P<0.001),BMI,HDL,TC,statins(P<0.05)There are significant differences.Conclusion:1.The uric acid value of patients in the death group was significantly greater than that in the non-death group.2.Compared with patients with normal uric acid, there is a relationship between age, systolic blood pressure and death in patients with hyperuricemia.3.In patients with hyperuricemia, age, systolic blood pressure,BUN,Cr,GLU are associated with death.4.In patients with normal uric acid,LDL,HDL,BUN,GLU are associated with death.5.In non-death patients with coronary heart disease, there is a relationship between BMI,HDL,TC,BUN,GGT,Cr,EF and blood uric acid concentration.6.Clopidogrel and statins are associated with hyperuricemia.
