| Research PurposeCerebral stroke has become the main cause of disability and death in China,and the proportion of ischemic stroke is as high as 60%-80%.The survivors also have different degrees of emotional disorders,which have a significant negative impact on their own rehabilitation treatment and life.In view of the current intervention of negative emotions in patients with ischemic stroke,there is still a lack of research status of the intervention process.In this study,narrative research is used to reconstruct the experience of patients' negative emotional self transition,to reorganize their positive emotional self cognition,to reconstruct the theme,the process of occurrence and development,the internal causes and the significance behind the experience of patients' negative emotional self transition,and to re describe the individual story of their negative emotional transition.In order to deeply understand the effective methods and unique significance of patients' inner feelings and self transformation of negative emotions,to provide guidance and help for clinical medical staff to develop practical intervention programs and self rehabilitation training of similar patients.Research MethodsThis research adopts the narrative research method of qualitative research.(1)Through objective sampling,criterion sampling and maximum difference sampling,five married,spouse and child patients with mild stroke were selected;(2)in the neurology ward and outpatient department of a third class a hospital in Huzhou City,one-to-one narrative interviews were conducted with patients from different education levels,occupations,ages and genders;(3)in the interview Within 24 hours after the talk,the recorded content will be converted word for word into written manuscript,supplemented by participatory observation and reflection log method to collect data;(4)each data will be analyzed by three-dimensional narrative research analysis method;(5)original data support method,feedback method and participant test method will be used to proofread data;(6)phenomenology,hermeneutics and narratology methods will be used to reconstruct and redraw data story.Research ResultsThis study re described the experience of negative emotion transition in 5 is patients,including 5 themes with unique significance,38 different scenarios of emotion change and transition coding.Story 1: the theme is "people around me,let me not give up any more",which embodies 8scenes and return codes of negative emotional change and return of participants,respectively,"before and after retirement,live happily";"before admission,I am at a loss";"in the emergency room,it's hard to accept";"after admission,I'm at a loss";"overall support,rekindle confidence";"daughter care,feel more Value ";" friends inspire,relieved ";" narrative interview,vanishing ".Among them,the unique content is that the care of the daughter means that the parents of the stroke are old and dependent;the visit and encouragement of friends and colleagues mean that the negative thoughts of the patients who are afraid of being laughed at disappear.Story 2: the theme is "nurse,you let me defeat myself",which embodies eight scenes and codes of negative emotional change and return,respectively,"buy food and go home,take a chance";"outpatient diagnosis,strong denial";"doctors' criticism,such as falling into the abyss";"see patients fed,mental collapse";"doctors' whispers,such as falling into the bottom";"narrative interview,falling off boulders" "Nurse guidance,new life";"discharge home,suddenly open.".Among them,the content with unique significance is that the positive speech of medical staff means holding the gold medal of avoiding death for stroke patients,bringing the dead back to life;the dialectical dialogue of researchers means that stroke patients are the best doctors to cure the disease.Story 3: the theme is "my son,my mother will stand up for you",which embodies seven scenes and codes of negative emotional change and return,namely,"in hospital in 2007,I'm in despair";"when I was 37 years old,the sky collapsed";"in the bathroom,tears welled up";"walk slowly out of bed,I'm thrilled";"train at home,see the sun through the clouds";"relapse in 2012,wind level waves" "The third recurrence,calm face".Among them,the unique content is that the son himself means the whole of life to the apoplectic parents,and the great love of the parents for the son turns into the most powerful faith on the road of rehabilitation..Story 4: the theme is "wife,a beam of light guiding the way",which embodies eight scenes and codes of negative emotional change and return,respectively,"climbing with friends,feeling powerless suddenly";"wife comforts,feeling guilty";"relapse into hospital,resenting everything";"wife guides,feeling more valuable";"discharge home,surprise";"narrative interview,becominggentle";"The wife often accompanies,no longer decadent";"experience narrative,reconstruction self".Among them,the unique content is that the comfort and Enlightenment of the wife means the family needs and identity of the stroke husband;the narrative interview of the researcher means to reorganize the cognition of the stroke patients,and to untie the shackles of the deep thought.Story 5: the theme is "sick friend,I want to be a successful person like you",which embodies seven scenes and codes of negative emotion emergence and return,namely "walking around the community,suddenly falling down";"diagnosed stroke,depressed and joyless";"relapsed and hospitalized,completely collapsed";"talk with sick friends,regain confidence";"go home to exercise,turn around the mind";"meet sick friends again,turn around again" Mentality ";"narrative interview,positive and optimistic ".Among them,the unique content is that the successful cases of the same kind of patients mean to see their own joy after the successful treatment for stroke patients;the narrative interviews of researchers mean that optimism is a good medicine for stroke patients.Research Conclusion1.Reconstruct the experience story of emotional outcome of 5 is patientsThis study vividly reappears the experience stories of negative emotions of five is patients,which can provide resources for the mild stroke patients,family caregivers and medical staff who are 35-85 years old,with different education level,with different occupation,with different recurrence times,with spouse,with children,to deeply understand the emotional changes and the process,causes and unique significance of the patients,and also provide resources for the self-healing of the same is patients Training and medical staff to develop negative emotional outcome of the intervention program to lay the foundation.2.Summarize the scene,reason and significance of negative emotion(1)The scene of negative emotions is the early stage of diagnosis and relapse;the reason is the patients' sense of inferiority,the burden of self feeling and the uncertainty of the disease itself;the unique meaning of stroke to patients is that life is not as good as death.(2)The scene in which negative emotions can be turned back is during hospitalization and after discharge home;the reason is patients' cognitive reorganization and social support for stroke.Cognitive reorganization comes from three aspects: improvement of body function after treatment,downward comparison of self and narrative interview with researchers.Social support includes what medical staff and successful patients give in the aspect of physical recovery,such as getting new The power support of students,the power support of family members and friends in psychological and spiritual level to rekindle confidence,and the power support of researchers' narrative interviews in the cognitive level to reconstruct self.
