| Objective The harmonious and stable doctor-patient relationship is very important for the healthy development of the medical industry.Behind the tense doctor-patient relationship at this stage is the lack of patient theme, that is,the neglect of patients’psychological and social needs under the current medical system, which precisely reflects the problems encountered in the actual implementation of the bio psychological social medical model. The bio-psycho-social medical model is a reflection and supplement to the pure biomedical model. It emphasizes that we should not only pay attention to the biological and physical diseases of patients, but also pay attention to the psychological needs of patients and the influence of their social, economic and cultural environment on diseases. This topic attempts to interpret the impact of cancer experience on individual physiological, psychological and social aspects, analyze how patients and their families understand and deal with it,and explore the impact and Enlightenment of individual disease experience on the doctor-patient relationship, hoping to provide reference for improving medical services, enhancing the harmony and stability of doctor-patient relationship, and promoting the return of medical humanistic spirit.Research methods In the past research on the doctor-patient relationship, researchers mostly separate each other in the specific medical situation from the perspective of the doctor or the patient, and ignore the research on relatives as social support.Based on the theoretical background of bio psycho social medical model, this paper reinterprets the development and change of the relationship between doctors and patients in the specific course of disease from the perspective of doctors, patients and family members.Guided by qualitative research,semi-structured interview and non participatory observation were used to collect data.Under natural conditions, the research phenomenon(doctor-patient relationship)and its research objects(cancer patients, family members and their doctors in charge)were deeply explored as a whole.Through retrospective interview records, the individual pain experience was completely presented,Supplemented by the narrative of accompanying family members and the disease narrative of the doctor in charge,it records the anti-cancer experience of two families and two patients in a rich and detailed way.And on the basis of sorting out and summing up the interview records of the interviewees, this paper interprets the.impact of cancer experience on individual physiology, psychology, society and other different aspects, and analyzes how the patients and their families understand and deal with it.Results in this study The two patients experienced three stages:diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and discharge. In each stage, doctors, patients and family members paid different attention. In the process of communication and interaction between doctors and patients in each stage, their differences were reflected, but they were often influenced by doctors one-way,The patient’s behavior rarely affects the doctor’s judgment. As the most important social support force, family members are an indispensable partner of patients who can finally overcome the disease.Similarly, they also bear more pressure and tests. As a closer community of common destiny, both sides influence each other and accompany each other through the whole process. The experience of illness and pain is not a simple individual experience,it is the interaction and communication of various subjects,is shared or shared, and has profound sociality. Conclusion The emergence and development of diseases are not only affected by biomedical factors, but also the result of psychological, social and other related factors. In the process of facing the disease, the humanistic care of doctors, the irreplaceable care responsibility of family members, the construction of social services and supportive environment, and the subjective initiative of patients all have their own unique roles. Therefore,in order to realize the transformation from"disease-centered" to "patient-centered" doctor-patient relationship mode,it needs the joint efforts of doctors, family members, social support forces and patients themselves to better cope with the arrival of major diseases such as cancer. |
