Narrative Research On Doctor Patient Relationship Of Medical Documentary In China(2016-2020)

Based on the broadcast data of iqiyi,Tencent,Youku and other video websites from2016 to 2020,this study selects medical documentaries with Douban score of more than 9 as the research object,and takes "Renjianshi","This is life" and "Chinese doctor" as the representatives,using the methods of case analysis and text analysis,analyzes the process of doctor-patient relationship from conflict to conflict alleviation of medical documentaries in China The theoretical analysis of narration.The research combs the development of medical documentary in China in recent five years,and finds that provincial satellite TV and media companies are the main force in the production and broadcasting of medical documentary.The credibility of traditional media and the communication power of new media make the social impact of medical documentary expanding.The research analyzes the narrative text of medical documentary.Most of them focus on three major conflicts,namely,Doctor-patient Conflict,inner conflict,and conflict between characters and society.Three act plots are often used to show the intensification and resolution of conflicts,and suspense is also set up to attract the audience.The narrative characters present the media images of doctors with professional guidance and consultation,and patients with interest impulse and rational cooperation.There are three main narrative themes: life first aid,scientific tackling of rare cases and humanistic care focusing on pregnancy.Narrative skills: the zero focus narrative outlines the long-term complex situation,the external focus narrative intuitively presents the Doctor-patient Conflict,and the internal focus narrative reveals the inner conflict of the characters.There are parallel,progressive and circle narrative structures.Narrative language,visual language,with camera shooting and fixed camera,make the picture of documentary more tension.Auditory language,dialogue and theme music make the sound of documentary more appealing.Finally,it summarizes the value of doctor-patient relationship narrative in medical Documentary: promoting and popularizing the value of life,presenting the image of multiple doctors and shaping the image of civilized patients.This study uses the narratology theory to explore the general rules of the narrative presentation of the doctor-patient relationship,so as to provide reference for the narrative presentation of the doctor-patient relationship in medical documentaries in China.
