| ObjectiveTo investigate the home nursing needs and satisfaction of elderly patients in Shanghai Jing'an community,so as to provide reference for the construction of home nursing service model.MethodsQuantitative research and qualitative research were used,in which quantitative research mainly refers to the use of PPS sampling,through the questionnaire to select 268 elderly patients as the investigation object,and the qualitative research is to use the objective sampling method to select 28 nurses who live in the home nursing service to carry on the investigation,while the qualitative research is to use the objective sampling method to select 28 nurses who live in the home nursing service to carry on the interview.Results1.In the investigation of this study,268 cases participated in home nursing clothing.Among the elderly people surveyed,only 13.06%were 60/65 years old.2.Of the 268 elderly patients surveyed,most of the 268 elderly patients had low self-care ability and only 25.3 7%had good self-care ability.3.The patients in Jing'an community had a high desire for home nursing needs and needed physical,psychological and other nursing care,but they were not satisfied with the current home nursing situation.All kinds of needs have not been met,and they are worried about the quality of nursing.4.The nurses feel that they do not have enough professional knowledge of home nursing services,although the nurses are not comprehensive enough in the process of taking care of patients.Some nurses feel physically and mentally tired,but some nurses think that some nursing links are not in place,but they do not know how to improve their home nursing level more deeply.5.The needs of nurses for Shanghai Community Health Center.From the point of view of patients,in order to provide patients with better home service,it is necessary to fully understand the health status of patients and the need for community home nursing plan,and to carry out quantitative research on home nursing.The purpose of this paper is to carry out different and targeted home nursing programs for different patients.(6)the main factors affecting the health status of patients and the implementation of home care:educational level.Financial income,family cohabitation,professional situation,etc.ConclusionBased on the results of the study,it is suggested that the development of home nursing service should meet the diversified nursing needs of patients,especially the nursing staff should constantly improve their comprehensive literacy and home nursing service level,improve the quality of home nursing,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.It is suggested that the quality of home nursing service for the elderly should be improved,the construction of home nursing service mode for the elderly should be increased,and more help should be provided for the extension of home nursing service and the demand of patients for home nursing service.It is suggested that the introduction of financial support should be carried out for patients with low economic income,low educational level and poor occupational situation.The full-length insurance system,combined with the home care service needs assessment and quality supervision system,provides high-quality home care services for more patients with limited ability and needs,and solves the patients'worries.Implementation of improvement measures:from the organizational structure,service population,implementation of service providers,service projects,training system,service flow and other aspects of optimization,constantly improve the elderly home care service model. |
