Objective:1.To learn the situation of food intolerance about patients with eczema by 14 food intolerance test.2.To discuss if there is correlation between eczema and food intolerance.3.To analyze the influence factors of food intolerance about patients with eczema through various comparisons.4.To observe the significance of dietary control treatment in patients with eczema. Methods:??Research object 1.415 cases of localized eczema without obvious exudation are selected from the dermatology department of the first affiliated hospital of Soochow university during the period from June 1st,2016 to may 31th,2017.All of them are the first cases of diagnosis. As the experimental group, there are 219 cases of males and 196 cases of females aged 2-85 years to have the 14 food intolerance test.2.Patients with eczema are grouped by age:53 cases in the 0-19 years old group,151 cases in the 20-34 years old group,121 cases in the 35-49 years old group, and 90 cases in the 50-85 years old group. And there are 82 cases in spring,103 cases in summer,121 cases in autumn and 109 cases in winter when classified by season.3.In the healthy control group, there are a total of 50 patients to have the 14 food intoletance test, all of whom are health checkers,non-allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases and family history, including 24 males and 26 females, aged 40-60 years.4.Three groups are selected by random from the 312 patients wih eczema in experimental group whose food intolerance is positive and each group included 100 cases.Group A only receives drug therapy, group B receives drug therapy combined with dietary control, and group C only receives diet control. After 3 months, the condition remission and efficacy of groups A,B and C were observed, and the efficacy of groups A and B,C and B,and A and C were compared separately.??Detection method Patients are not received treatment, venous blood 2ml,Serum is separated for semi-quantitative indirect detection, the use of by the Bioeurope GmbH company production,14 kinds of food allergen-specific IgG antibody detection kit.The antibodies are followed by beef, chichen, cod, corn, crab, the egg yolk/egg white, mushroom, milk, shrimp, pork, rice, soybeans, tomatoes, wheat. The operation is go on in strict accordance according to the kit instructions. The concentration of food specific IgG antibody is divided into four grades:level 0(IgG<50U/ml)for negative, level+(IgG 50-100U/ml)for mild sensitive, level++(IgG 100-200U/ml)for moderate sensitive,level+++(IgG>200U/ml)for hypersensitive.??Statistical Method:Normal distribution quantitative data are expressed as meansątandard deviation. The count data is expressed as a percentage.Associations between the groups are examined using the analysis of × 2 test.Statistical analyses are done by SPSS Software(V22.0,SPSS Inc.,USA).P values<0.05 is considered statistically significant.Following Results:1.The positive rate of 14 food specific IgG in 415 patients and 50 healthy controls was 75.18%and 0.00%respectively,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).The most common foods leading to intolerance in the experimental group are:egg white/yolk,milk,rice,soybeans,corn,shrimp,wheat,tomatoes,cod,mushroom,crab,chicken,pork,beef.No intolerated food is found in the control group.2.103 cases of 415 eczema patients are all negative,a food intolerance is 127 cases, two are 81 patients,33 cases of the three kinds of food intolerance, four kinds of food intolerance are 23 cases, five are 18 cases, the six kinds of food intolerance and above are 30 cases. Results of 312 patients with positive food intolerance are graded, with 48.02%being mild,26.56%moderate and 25.42%severe.3.The positive rate of serum food specific IgG is compared among the patients with eczema grouped by age.The positive rate of food-specific IgG in group 0-19 years old is 92.45%,which is statistically different from other groups(P<0.05).Among left groups, only the comparison between group 20-34 years old and group 50-85 years old is statistically diffrent(P<0.05),In addition, except corn, egg white/yolk,milk and wheat, the comparisons about the positive rate of other food related IgG between each group are not statistically different(P>0.05).4.There is no statistical difference about the positive rate of food-specific IgG between male and female patients(P>0.05).In addition, there is no statistical difference about the positive rate of food-specific IgG among different season(P>0.05).5.To compare the follow-up results:The total effective rate of eczema patients in group A,group B and group C is 68%,85%and 72%after 3 months. There were statistically significant differences in efficacy between group A and group B and between group C and group B.However,There was no statistically significant difference in efficacy between group A and group C.Conclusions:1.There is a correlation between eczema and food intolerance in Suzhou. The positive rate of egg white/yolk is highest among intolerance food and the occurrence of intolerance is mainly caused by a variety of food intolerance.Patients with food intolerance are mainly mildly intolerant.2.Age is a major factor influencing the positive rate of food intolerance in eczema patients, especially the positive rate of food intolerance in patients aged 0-19 years is significantly higher than those in other age groups. Moreover the positive rate of food intolerance in patients aged 20-34 years is significantly higher than those aged 50-85 years. However, gender and seasonal distribution have little effect on the positive rate of food intolerance.3.The effective rate of diet control combined with drugs in treatment of eczema patients is significantly better than that of the single drug group or that of the single food control group.Dietary control based on food intolerance test results combined with drug application has positive clinical significance in the treatment of patients with eczema.
