Objective:1To evaluate the situation of children with food intoleranceby food intolerance test.2To explore the relationship between allergicpurpura and food intolerance.3To explore the significance of reasonablecontrol diet treatment in children with allergic purpura.Methods:1One hundred and twenty children (69boys and51girls,agedform3to14)with allergic purpura who are hospitalized in our hospital fromMay2011to May2012are selected, as the experimental group, the genderratio1.35:1, with an average age of8years old.2The healthy control groupof30patients for outpatient healthy children, previously had no history ofallergic disease and positive family history, male to female ratio of1.5:1,3-13years of age. And before the onset of no significant history of infection,no special history of drug use. The initial diagnosis of allergic purpura inchildren as the experimental group and to take diet control, regular follow-up.Specific IgG antibody concentration of14kinds of food retest all patients inthe experimental group after three months, and follow-up of their diseaseremission to observe dietary control efficacy.Detection Method: Patients are not applied hormone drugs, earlymorning venous blood2ml, Serum is separated after centrifugation method forsemi-quantitative detection, the use of by the U.S. BIOMERICA companyproduction, Biotechnology Co., Ltd.in Beijing Haiao Foundation provide14kinds of food allergen-specific IgG antibody detection kit. The antibody arefollowed by beef, chicken, cod, corn, crab, the egg yolk/egg white, mushroom, milk, shrimp, pork, rice, soybeans, tomatoes, wheat. The operationis go on in strict accordance according to the kit instructions withEnzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay. The concentration of food specificIgG antibody is divided into four grades:Level0(IgG<50U/ml) for negative, level1(IgG50~100U/ml) for mild sensitive, level2(IgG100~200U/ml) formoderate sensitive, level3>200U/ml (IgG) for hypersensitive.Statistical Method: Normal distribution quantitative data are expressed asmeans±standard deviation. Non-normal distribution quantitative data areexpressed as median(inter-quartile range),Associations between the groupsare examined using the analysis of χ2test. One-way analysis of variance isapplied when single factor comparison fit homogeneity of variance; rank sumtest is applied when the variance is Non-normal distribution or heterogeneityof variance. Statistical analyses are done by SPSS Software (V13.0, SPSS Inc.,USA). P values <0.05is considered statistically significant.Result:1Children with food-specific IgG positive rate is significantlyhigher than the healthy control group, the (P<0.05) difference is statisticallysignificant. Food intolerance overall test results:serum total IgG positive rateof experimental groups is95%, according to positive rate, most likely causedby the three food:eggs, cod, milk; in the control group, the serum total IgGpositive rate is26.67%,most likely caused by the three food:egg,milk,soy.26cases of120patients are all negative, a food intolerance is12cases, two are21patients,36cases of the three kinds of food intolerance, four kinds of foodintolerance are23cases,the five kinds of food intolerance and above are22cases.3In120cases,60cases of strict diet control and regular folloe-up,14kinds of foods is highly sensitive rating form54cases before treatmentto21cases; moderately sensitive by the treatment of86cases to47cases;low degree sensitive by42cases dropped to34cases before treatment, specificIgG antibody positive cases form182to101.4Results:60patients accordingto the prescribed strict diet, after1weeks of treatment, the clinical symptomsrelieved in26cases, the clinical symptoms alleviated in17patients2weekslater, after one month the clinical symptoms relieved in10cases,7cases ofchildren with symptoms did not improve after March, efficiency88.33%.Conclusion:1Allergic purpura is associated with food intolerance, egghas the highest positive rate among intolerance food, a variety of foodintolerance is of the most common in food intolerance.2Rice, soybean, wheat, tomato have higher positive rate of specificity IgG, therefore we should paymore attention to the intolerance of grain and vegetables.3The existence ofthe specific antibody of IgG may be temporary or long time, food intolerancetesting has positive clinical significance in the treatment of children allergicpurpura.
