The Construction Of The Blood Purification Nurse Specialist Training Program Based On The Core Competence

Purpose:With the professional development of nursing,the training of specialized nursing talents has become the top priority in the development of nursing.The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of the training of blood purification specialist nurses in China.Under the guidance of Taylor's Behavioral Goal Model Theory and competency-based education theory,a core competency-based training program for blood purification nurse specialists which was in line with nursing practice in China was constructedto regulate the training of blood purification specialist nurses.Methods:1.Extensive access to relevant books and retrieval of domestic and foreign databasesbyusing literature research method,fromwhich to obtain literature related to this study,extract important information about core competencies,training content,training methods,assessment and evaluation,etc.,and summarize them.2.Semi-structured interview method,which was adapted to self-made interview outline,was used to explore the expectations and demands of nurses and patients on the training of blood purification nurse specialists.Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method was used to organize and analyze the interview results.3.On the basis of systematic literature analysis,combined with the opinions and suggestions put forward by the interview,the questionnaire for training program letter inquiry file was preliminarily constructed by organizing and optimizing through group discussion,Five experts were selected for preliminary letter inquiry,and the entries were further modified and improved,And finally formed the first round of formal questionnaire.4.Delphi method.The training program was finally determined after two rounds of consulting domestic experts.Results:1.Taylor's behavioral goal model theory was determined as theoretical basis.Accordingly,the framework of training program in this topic mainly contained training goals,methods,contents and evaluation.2.Through literature analysis and interviews,the core competencies of the blood purification specialist nurses were determined,including five aspects:clinical nursing practice capability,clinical organization management capability,research and application capability,education and consulting capability,and communication and collaboration capability.Based on the five core competencies,summarize the relevant contents of the four dimensions of the training program.3.Expert consultation questionnaire of core competence-based training programs for blood purification nurse specialists was preliminary drafted through group discussion,mainly consisting of 4 first-level entries,17second-level entries and 96 third-level entries.After two rounds of expert enquiry,training programs was finally determined for blood purification nurse specialists,mainly including goals,method,contents and evaluation,and then it was adjusted as 4 first-level entries,17 second-level entries and 101 third-level entries.Two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire response rates were 100%and 90%,respectively.The personal authority coefficient of the experts was at least 0.73 and highest at 0.93.The overall level of authority is relatively high.The Coordination Coefficient Test(p<0.05)is statistically significant,the degree of coordination among experts is high and the consultation results is reliable.Conclusion:The training program constructed in this are true and reliable.The training content constructed is closely related to the core competency,and is practical.The training methods and assessments are in line with the status of domestic specialist nursing development and have certain practical significance.It can provide reference for the training of blood purification nurse specialists,it is necessary to further verify its practicability and effectiveness in practice.
