| Purpose:To study the specific clinical efficacy of the combination of head-penetrating acupoints on post-stroke cognitive impairment,provide effective treatment for post-stroke cognitive impairment in clinic,reduce the occurrence of such diseases,and thus improve the quality of life of patients and Social adaptability.Method:Using a randomized control method,60 patients who met the diagnosis of post-stroke cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.On the basis of strict control of patients’ routine medical treatments such as blood glucose,blood pressure,and blood lipids,the treatment group was given head acupuncture point + body acupuncture treatment,and the control group was given conventional head acupuncture+ body acupuncture treatment.Once a day,leave the needle for 40 minutes,rest for 1 day after every 6 days of acupuncture,define three weeks as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.60 patients were recorded and compared before and after treatment,the Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE),the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA),the Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS)and the Daily Living Activity Scale(ADL)Score changes,comparing the specific improvement of patients’ cognitive function,intelligence and daily living activities before and after treatment,so as to objectively evaluate the specific clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods for patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.Results:1.The age,sex,course of disease and education level of the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The difference in MMSE and Mo CA scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant,P<0.05.It shows that the two treatment methods have a certain effect on the improvement of cognitive function in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke,and the treatment group is better than the control group;3.There is a difference in the HDS score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods can improve the HDS score and have a certain effect on the improvement of intelligence in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.There was a statistically significant difference between the head acupuncture point combined with body acupuncture group and the control group,P<0.05.It shows that the treatment group has better efficacy than the control group;4.The ADL scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased before and after treatment,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups after treatment was also statistically significant,P<0.05.The results confirmed that both treatment methods have a certain effect on improving the daily living ability of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke,and the treatment group is better than the control group;5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The results confirmed that the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the head-acupuncture point combined with body acupuncture treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Head acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is better than conventional head acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in improving cognitive function,intelligence and daily living ability of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.2.The head acupuncture point combined with body acupuncture is easy to operate and safe and effective.It is worthy of clinical promotion for the treatment of cognitive impairment diseases after stroke. |
