Objective: 1.To observe the effect of cephalic on local blood oxygen metabolism in patients with cerebral apoplexy.2.Observation on the efficacy of cephalic therapy in patients with poststroke cognitive impairment.3.To explore the correlation between cerebral local blood oxygen metabolism and cognitive function recovery in patients. Methods: 62 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and treatment group(n= 30)by random number table.Patients in both groups were given routine rehabilitation training and secondary prophylactic medication for cerebrovascular diseases. In addition to routine rehabilitation training and medication, patients in the treatment group also received cephalic acupuncture once a day for 20 days. Before and after treatment,MMSE,FIM and fugl-meyer scores were given to patients in each group.FNIRS real-time monitoring was performed in the treatment group when they received the first head acupuncture. Results: 1.Fugl-meyer score: the fugl-meyer score of the two groups of patients increased after treatment, and the increase was not significant compared with the control group.2.FIM score: after treatment,FIM score of patients in both groups increased, while that in the treatment group was not significantly higher than that in the control group.3.MMSE score: after treatment,MMSE score in the control group was not significantly increased, while MMSE score in the treatment group was increased, indicating a significant difference between the two groups.4.In the treatment group,fNIRS real-time monitoring showed that the change of oxyhemoglobin concentration in the state of acupuncture was statistically higher than that in the state of rest. Conclusion: 1.Cephalic acupuncture can effectively promote the increase of local cerebral blood volume and increase blood oxygen saturation, and the promotion effect is inconsistent in different functional areas;2.Improved cognitive function in patients with cephalic syndrome;...
