The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Head Needle Combined With Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise Treatment Of Urinary Retention After Stroke

Objective The scalp needle in the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with classical western medicine rehabilitation, will highlight the advantage of the acupuncture method treatment in stroke rehabilitation, which is under the guidance of modern rehabilitation medicine, and by observing the clinical effects of needle head pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with the urinary retention after stroke, evaluate its clinical treatment method, which provides the theoretical basis of acupuncture clinical rehabilitation, and provides a safe and effective technical operation standard text and the clinical curative effect of scientific and objective evaluation report again, and also provides a reliable and effective treatment method.Methods This study is according to the patients of urinary retention caused by cerebral apoplexy, as the research object, according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria screening of 70 patients with standard, and during the study, by using RCTS to divide them into two groups, including the treatment group (head of needle combined with the pelvic floor muscle exercise group) of thirty cases, by using the therapy of head acupuncture needle combined with the pelvic floor muscle exercise. And the Control group (Pelvic floor muscle exercise group) of 35 cases, only using the Pelvic floor muscle exercise therapeutic method. Then Observing the changes of bladder residual urine of two groups before and after the treatment, and the rating scale of standard Chinese and western medicine treatment of urinary retention effects. And analyzing the security and compliance, formulating the effective, reasonable and standard plan of Chinese and western medicine treatment of dysuria after stroke.Results The changes of treatment group and control group before and after the treatment of bladder residual urine volume and the classification of standard Chinese and western medicine treatment of urinary retention curative effect evaluation had a significant difference (P< 0.05). Comparing the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, the treatment group's total effective rate was 82.9%, and the control group's total effective rate was 68.6%; By an analysis of Ridit in two groups of patients with the clinical curative effect comparison is statistically different, prompting the difference of significant clinical curative effects which combined the head needle with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke and the pure Pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy of urinary retention after stroke.Conclusion 1.The head needle combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy significantly improved the clinical symptoms of urinary retention after stroke.2.The head needle combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise for the treatment of urinary retention after stroke is obviously superior to the pure Pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy.
