Purpose : On the basis of conventional acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after cardio-renal stroke,Dazhong and Shenmen acupoints were added to observe the changes in the scores of the Simple Mental State Assessment Scale(MMSE)and the Assessment of Daily Living Ability Scale(ADL)of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke,so as to explore the clinical effects of this treatment program. To provide a new method for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Material and method:A total of 70 inpatients eligible for inclusion of poststroke mild cognitive impairment in the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Control group: conventional acupuncture combined with medicine, main points:Baihui,Shenting,Yintang,Taixi,Hanging Zhong,Si Shencong;Traditional Chinese medicine decoction selected: Kong Sheng Pillow Zhong Dan treatment, oral three times a day,100 ml each time,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 6 weeks.Observation group: on the basis of the combination of conventional acupuncture and medicine, oral Chinese medicine remained unchanged, adding great bell and Shenmen to acupuncture points;Acupuncture was performed once a day,5 days a week, for 30 min,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 6weeks.The Simple Mental State Assessment Scale(MMSE)and ADL Rating scale of daily living ability were selected to compare the scores of the two groups before and after treatment, and SPSS27.0 was used for statistical analysis to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatment methods on patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Results:1.Research data: Before treatment, there were no differences between the two groups in age, gender, education level, disease course distribution,HAMD scale,MMSE scale and ADL scale score, and other basic data, which were comparable.2.Cognitive function score analysis(MMSE): Intra-group comparison: MMSE scores of the two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment,P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups: After treatment,MMSE scores of the observation group and control group were compared,P< 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.3.Daily living ability score analysis(ADL): After treatment, the ADL score of the two groups was compared with that before,P< 0.05,indicating that both groups had a therapeutic effect; After treatment,ADL scores of the observation group and control group were compared,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment effect of observation group is better than that of the control group.4.Analysis of total efficacy: The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,higher than that of the control group 82.35%;The total effective rate by rank sum test was different between the two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and medicine combined with acupoint and conventional acupuncture and medicine combined in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after cardio-renal apoplexy have curative effect.2.The addition of Dazhong Point and Shenmen point on the basis of conventional acupuncture and drug combination has more obvious effects on improving the cognitive function and daily living ability of patients with mild cognitive impairment after cardio-renal incompatibility stroke.3.The combination of Dazhong and Shenmen acupoint selection has a significant effect on mild cognitive impairment after heart-kidney disjunction stroke, providing a new method for clinical treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke.
