Clinical Study On Treatment Of Essential Tremor Of Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney With Scalp Point-Through-Point Therapy

Purpose:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of scalp point-through-point therapy on patients with essential tremor due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney,so as to provide a new choice for clinical treatment.Method:According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with modern medical and clinical research methods,fifty-two patients with essential tremor due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney,which met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group(scalp point-through-point group)and control group(common acupuncture group),26 cases in each group.Treatment once each day,40 minutes each time,seven consecutive days for a cycle of treatment,totaling 6 treatment cycles.The TCM syndrome score,total integral of limb tremor and tasks,6-tasks score,tremor grade and HAMD score were observed and analyzed to compare the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients.Results:1.The symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine in each group were significantly improved before and after treatment,and the scores of TCM syndromes were significantly reduced.The scalp point-through-point group is obviously better than the common acupuncture group,P < 0.05;2.Total integrals of limb tremor and task of the two groups were reduced before and after treatment,the scalp point-through-point group was superior to the common acupuncture group,with significant difference,P < 0.05;3.The scores of 6-tasks of the two groups of patients were reduced to different degrees before and after treatment,the scalp point-through-point group was superior to the common acupuncture group,with statistical significance,P < 0.05;4.The tremor classification of the two groups of patients decreased to different degrees before and after treatment,and the scalp point-through-point group was significantly better than the common acupuncture group,P < 0.05;5.The depression of the two groups of patients has been improved to different degrees before and after treatment.The scalp point-through-point group is better than the common acupuncture group,and HAMD score has significant difference after Statistical test,P < 0.05;6.After treatment,the total effective rate of the scalp point-through-point group was 92.31%,and that of the common acupuncture group was 80.77%.The scalp point-through-point group was superior to the common acupuncture group with statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of essential tremor due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney by scalp point-through-point therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and play a role in controlling limb tremor and improving mood.2.The therapeutic effect of scalp point-through-point therapy on essential tremor due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney is significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture,and can be widely popularized clinically.
