| Objective: this subject aims to observe flavored five three scattered in patients with chronic heart failure Yang deficiency water pan card TCM syndrome integral,LEE's ratings,heart function,NT-pro BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 minutes walk test,the influence of the incidence of low potassium.Methods: the patients included in the standard of 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,control group given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy combined with flavored five three,two groups of patients were 2 courses of treatment,2 weeks for a period of treatment,compared before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,LEE's ratings,heart function,NT-pro BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction and 6minutes walk test,the change of potassium.And statistical analysis.Conclusion: TCM syndrome integral,LEE's score between the two groups,heart function,NT-pro BNP,Left ventricular ejection fraction,6minutes walk test,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant.Control potassium lower level difference was statistically significant before and after the treatment,control group prone to low potassium adverse reactions,and there was no statistically significant difference compared between groups.Flavored five three scattered total effective rate of treatment of CHF is superior to the conventional western medicine treatment. |
