The Research Of Changing Regularity Of Growth And Development Of Teenagers In The Past30Years

Objective:This research is based on the data collected from investigation of physical development index of children and adolescents from1981to2010in Beijing, to explore the law of changes in growth situation and growth rate changes, summarize the level of growth and development of the law and formulate the evaluation standards which is suited to the teenagers in China At the present stage. This study is going to figure out the situation of growth and development of children and adolescents in Beijing and discover the children who have growth retardation as well as the treatment of growth disorders in early time. And to provide sensitive date support for the growth defection of the treatment effect of the children and the improvement of physical healthSubjects and Methods:We select a few students in Beijing, a total of983people from1981to1993,471males,512females which is organized by the National Sports Commission in Key Issues,"growth and development of children and adolescents12years of follow-up study". and other students in the city of Beijing from2009to2010. the measured primary and secondary accounts of2454people,1231males,1223females. Test height, weight, chest circumference, sitting height, we take each subject’s left wrist X-ray film.05to read Chinese and G-P bone age bone age. and then measure subjects’bone developmental condition with CHN05and G-P method. The data was processed by statistics method, including T-test and regression analysis.Conclusion:1. The growth of children and adolescents in Beijing has greatly improved during the past30years in Beijing. The morphological characters including height, weight, chest circumference, sitting height have significant changes.18-year-old group, the average height of men and women have increased by4.5cm and2.2cm. Growth and development continues to advance, the peak age of growth spurt is also advanced. The long-term trend of height growth is a significant increasing of adult height, The long-term trend shows that China has entered the middle stage, is the adult height will enter the main stage of steady growth in future. Other index has also increased.2. In the past30years, growth rate has accelerated, The PHV has increases.3. If we make out the curve of the grow rate, we should make up the three different development types, that is premature, late development, and normal development respectively, calculating the mean and percentile, it is meaningful if we make it as an evaluation for children’s level of pubertal development4. When we curve the level of childrens’growth and development, we should make regress analysis between the tracking data and the cross-section, so as to make it line with the level of the Teenagers in Beijing at present.
