Research On The Current Situation Of First-class Vaccination Service In China

Our government provides a number of basic public health services for citizens,among which vaccination is the most basic and widely covered one.Vaccination services can be divided into one and two categories according to the categories.Among them,first-class vaccination is the most basic part of vaccination,and it is also the most important part of the national immunization program.The inoculation of first-class vaccination can improve the health level of children in the country and play an active role in disease prevention and control.However,the frequent occurrence of vaccine events in recent years(such as the Jinhu expired vaccine incident in Jiangsu province and the Changsheng biological vaccine incident)has led to the expansion of the negative impact on the society,and the national vaccination service has suffered an unprecedented crisis,which has seriously damaged the public image of the country.First-class vaccination is a quasi-public good,which has a greater positive social effect.A complete vaccination service can enhance the overall image of the country and improve social satisfaction.The law of the people's Republic of China on vaccine management was formally implemented on December 1,2019,which has been revised through several rounds of deliberation,and widely adopted suggestions from all aspects of society.Governments and institutions at all levels have tried and explored the status quo of vaccination services for first-class vaccination,but the whole process and service cycle of first-class vaccination vaccination services still need to be improved.Based on the study of the current situation of first-class vaccination in Suzhou,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons for the lack of market competition,lack of supervision,lack of professionalism and sense of responsibility,and lack of publicity and education system in the current first-class vaccination service,and puts forward the suggestions for expanding the directory of first-class vaccine manufacturers,strengthening government supervision,and vigorously promoting the construction and construction of publicity and education system,and establishing professional vaccination team.In order to provide high-quality and safe vaccines and services for the people and turn China from a "vaccine power" to a "vaccine power",the top-level actions and grass-roots implementation should be carried out simultaneously from many aspects and channels and from the perspective of the whole process and the whole cycle.
