The Study On The Present Vaccination Service Pattern In The Countryside In China

WHO holds that vaccination is one of the most economical, effective and convenient public health measures to prevent children's infectious diseases. Vaccination has made a great success during the planned economy period in our country and the incidence rate of vaccine- related diseases is decreasing gradually every year. However, the planned immunization rate has reduced significantly over the past few years, especially in the countryside. The reason is that the present vaccination service pattern has come to a dilemma in the countryside. According to the present situation in the countryside in China, it's urgent for the government to establish a new vaccination service pattern so as to realize the equal and effective public health service.This thesis focuses on the problems existing in the traditional countryside vaccination service pattern in our country, using camparation and case analysis methods .It expounds the background and deeper reasons in the traditional countryside vaccination service pattern in China from the views of service equality , efficiency , service quality ,public requirement ,staff quality and three-level health care network. It has used the advanced experience of other countries for reference, puts forward the principles that we should follow in the present countryside vaccination service and establishes new vaccination service pattern in the countryside in China, using "government leading, combining public function and market mechanism". The paper also analyzes the function, practical conditions as well as some problems deserving attention in the vaccination pattern and puts forward the way to choose about the pattern. Finally, The research aims at the present vaccination service pattern in the countryside in China , deeply analyzing the prominent problems in the practice of vaccination service pattern so as to provide some reference for the improvement of our country's public health service.
