Research On Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Group 2 Vaccines Service

Group 2 vaccines,are the vaccines distinguished from the vaccines under Chinese National Immunizations.Citizens choose to get the group 2 vaccines injected under their own will.Group 2 vaccines service is an important part of the national basic public health services,which plays an active role in promoting child's health and preventing diseases.However,in the last few years,there appeared some negative event in Shenzhen and Jinan which caused serious social impact.In consideration of the externality of group 2 vaccines,countermeasures of group 2 vaccines service is required.Though the government has already paid attention to this problem and took some actions,the further assisting and methods is still needed urgently.In this paper,taking the group 2 vaccines service of Gusu area in Suzhou as an example,it analyzes deeply the current situation of group 2 vaccines including the supply and demand situation,social reactivity evaluation and the actions based on the theory of public products,responsible government,governance and institution change.And then,this paper proposes countermeasures from the view of scientific understanding,governmental responsibility,risk reacts and governmental investment.
