Establishment Of The Evaluation Criteria For The Quality Of Postoperative Care For Patients With Kidney Transplantation

Purposes:Based on the structure-process-results three-dimensional quality structure model,the authors established a continuous nursing quality evaluation index system for kidney transplant patients,which provided a scientific and effective tool for the evaluation of continuation nursing quality of renal transplant patients.Methods:Through paper retrieval,semi-structured interview,combined with the three-dimensional quality structure model of structure-process-results,the evaluation items of nursing quality for renal transplant patients after continuation were preliminarily prepared.The Delphi expert correspondence law is used to select and revise items.Use expert evaluation method to determine the weight of each item;Excel and SPSS21.0 were used for data processing.Results:1.Determine hierarchical evaluation criteria for 3 categories of items,including structure quality,process quality and result quality,including 3 level-1 items,11 level-2 items and 48 level-3 items.The results of the two rounds of consultation show that the concentration of item assignment tends to be obvious,the coordination coefficient increases,and the coordination of item opinions increases,so the item selection is appropriate.2.Use the expert evaluation method to determine the weight of the items,and calculate the weight of the items according to the result of the letter consultation.The conclusion shows that all the entries meet the requirements,and the weight value of the first-level entry is 0.3267,0.3438,and 0.3295.The construction of the standard is reliable and scientific.According to the relevant statistics of the subject experts,the positive coefficient of the two rounds of experts was 90%and 88.9%respectively,showing high enthusiasm of the experts.The authority coefficient of the two rounds of experts' opinions is 0.91 and 0.92 respectively,which have good authority.The test results of the coordination coefficient of the two rounds were of good significance,both P<0.05.Conclusions:1.This study finally established the evaluation criteria for postoperative care quality of renal transplant patients and the weight of items at all levels.According to the results of enthusiasm,authority and coordination of experts'opinions,correspondence experts have good representativeness,concentrated opinions and credible results.The established criteria for evaluating the quality of continuing care after kidney transplantation can be used to evaluate the quality of continuing care after kidney transplantation.2.The results of this study show that experts agree that the quality evaluation of hospital service and satisfaction should be paid attention to,so as to guide nurses to pay attention to the learning of specialized knowledge and skills of kidney transplantation,strengthen doctor-patient communication,meet the needs of patients,and ensure the quality and safety of nursing.3.The evaluation standard of postoperative continuous care quality for renal transplantation patients established in this study can provide continuous care content and quality assessment basis for tertiary hospitals carrying out renal transplantation and continuous care,and can also provide reference for the systematic establishment of continuous care quality evaluation standard for renal transplantation in the future,which has good practical significance.
