Nursing Quality Evaluation Of Neonatal Mechanical Ventilationlndex System Construction

Objective:To construct a scientific and effective nursing quality appraisal indicators for neonatal mechanical ventilation,and provide reference for improving nursing quality in INCU.This research investigates the nursing status of mechanical ventilation in neonates,through literature research,theoretical analysis,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The effective appraisal indicator can greatly increase the survival and QOL of newborns in NICU.The findings in this research will help nurse compare the nursing quality of neonatal mechanical ventilation,also provide the reference for the clinical nursing in NICU.Method:Set up the evaluation basic frame of nursing quality appraisal indicators for neonatal mechanical ventilation,through group discussion,literature review and Delphi method.After two rounds of consultation,the 19 experts advised to reach consensus,and established the nursing quality appraisal indicators for neonatal mechanical ventilation.Result:This research makes element quality,link quality,and finally end quality as indicators.There are 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators.The recovery rate of two rounds of consultation was 79.20%and 100.00%respectively.The coordination factors are 0.483 and 0.379(P<0.05).The index weights of indicators were element quality(0.5602),link quality(0.2559),finally end quality(0.1839).Authoritative coefficient value of expert group is 0.74,Cronbach's ? is 0.878.Conclusion:The nursing quality appraisal indicators for neonatal mechanical ventilation is professional,logical,operational,and reasonable,also the indicator meets the principle of scientific,systematic,and plasticity.The findings in this study can evaluate the nursing quality and provide references for the neonatal mechanical ventilation.
