As an important part of healthcare service system,hospitals have undergone many changes in their operating methods.In the recent period of continuous rapid development of medical technology and improvement of residents’ health awareness,the number of private hospitals is also growing rapidly.Under this background,private hospitals draw on advanced management experience,in-depth study and grasp the objective laws of medical service management,establish and promote the performance management and evaluation system of medical service quality,rationally allocate and use health resources,and improve their own medical services.Quality,speeding up and promoting the progress of medical technology can better meet the medical and health needs of residents.This paper adopts literature analysis method,case analysis method and quantitative analysis to select private A hospital as the research object,analyzes several stages of the application of performance management in the development process of private A hospital,and summarizes the characteristics and performance evaluation of several performance management commonly used in hospitals Method and its advantages and disadvantages.Then predict the changes of outpatient volume and business volume of Hospital A in the next four quarters based on quantitative analysis,and conduct a questionnaire survey on Hospital A to provide optimization suggestions of the current accounting content of the hospital,and optimize the current conditions without changing the existing performance management methods.There is a performance appraisal plan,and the key performance indicator method(KPI)is employed to performance appraisal.The optimized assessment plan divides the hospital’s medical income into three parts:job performance,department accounting performance and special rewards.Among them,the department’s accounting performance part evaluates clinicians,medical technicians and nursing groups.Clinical department posts have increased dimensional assessment indicators,including the work intensity of different departments,goal completion and special rewards for individuals(vocational skills,creative research,public welfare participation,etc.).
