In recent years,with the continuous development and change of social economy,the content of the new medical reform is also constantly expanding.With the new medical reform gradually moving into the deep water area,the role of private hospitals is also increasingly apparent.At present,the domestic medical resources are mainly concentrated in large public hospitals in big cities.Minor diseases also need to go to large hospitals,and the medical costs are high.However,grassroots patients who really need medical treatment are very difficult to enjoy high-level medical services.This medical contradiction has become increasingly prominent with the development of social economy.In view of the problems existing in the performance management of X private hospital,guided by the performance management theory and based on the balanced scorecard,this paper analyzes and studies the performance evaluation index system by using the analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method and expert scoring method,and collects the corresponding data.The main research work includes:First of all,through the study of literature,this paper analyzes the background and necessity of this topic,through the study of literature,combined with the current background of the era of private hospitals,to find out the breakthrough point of performance management of private hospitals.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of private hospitals,and deeply analyzes the problems and reasons of performance management in X private hospitals.First of all,it introduces the basic situation of the hospital and the basic situation of performance management.By collecting relevant data,the index evaluation system is established based on the principle of balanced scorecard.The expert scoring method is used to score each index,and then the weight is determined by AHP.The current performance management of the hospital is analyzed to find out the factors influencing the lagging performance management of X private hospital and the causes of the problems Why.Finally,the paper puts forward the performance management optimization scheme suitable for X private hospital,as well as the implementation of the optimization scheme.In order to ensure the implementation of the performance management optimization scheme of X private hospital,the corresponding implementation suggestions were put forward.
