Objective:To define the relevant concepts of “nursing humanistic care curriculum” in China,and to construct of nursing humanistic care curriculum category,nature,class hours,semester,teaching methods and evaluation forms and so on.Methods:In this study,Delphi expert consultation method was used as the main research method,and the methods of literature research,theoretical research,qualitative interview and expert conference were used.To establish the operational definition of the related concepts of nursing humanistic care curriculum,and to construct the curriculum system of humanistic care for nursing undergraduates in china.Specific methods are as follows.1 Concept definition.Through the literature research and theoretical research,the research group analyzed the connotation and extension of the concept of nursing humanities curriculum,and formed the operational definition of the concept.2 Humanistic care curriculum of nursing undergraduate college.On the basis of literature research,we get the original item pools.Combined with qualitative interviews to supplement the curriculum,the initial questionnaire and the basic framework of the curriculum system of nursing undergraduate course were formed.Holding expert conference,around the initial questionnaire and objections to the course of discussion,the formation of the first round of expert consultation questionnaire.Through the 2 round of Delphy expert advice,enquiry for school nursing educators,nursing manager,humanistic and social educator and clinical nurse,forming the humanistic care curriculum system in nursing colleges.Results:1 Delphy expert consultation resultsIn this study,the 2 round of Delphy expert consultation,the results show that the questionnaire effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 86.67% and 100%,67% of the experts put forward constructive suggestions.The contents of humanistic care course importance score mean the final form of the 4.00~4.85,approval rate was 84.62 %~100.00%,the coefficient of variation was 2.91%~21.07%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.89.The positive degree of authority degree,expert,humanistic care of nursing undergraduate courses system construction in line with China's actual clinical needs.2 The definition of the concept of nursing humanistic care curriculumNursing humanistic care: In order to promote a people-oriented,professional competence and overall coordination,Willingness to care,treatment will feature the objective,social responsibility,nurses help clients obtain nursing attitude of overall well-being,the realization of individual value of life,dignity and love emotional care,help clients obtain harmonious and professional conduct,fusion the nurse of personalized service object experience empathy attitude,emotion and behavior.Nursing humanistic care curriculum: All medical colleges and Universities under the guidance of scientific theory,in order to make the nursing students help the object of service life and overall health,nursing students realize self value,combining humanistic emotion attitude and humanistic thought,cultivate nursing students' professional responsibility,life is a series of nursing behavior meaning,and related courses and set the course arrangement,teaching methods and curriculum evaluation of the overall planning.3 Nursing undergraduate humanistic care curriculum systemThe curriculum system of humanistic care in nursing undergraduate includes 3 modules,12 courses,Among them,"the public basic humanistic care module" including art appreciation,interpersonal communication,multicultural and nursing,logic and thinking skills 4 courses;"Medical basic humanistic care module" including medical ethics,health education,health law(typical case analysis),hospice care to learn 4 courses;"Nursing professional humanistic care module" including in nursing etiquette,nursing aesthetics,nursing psychology,care and concern 4 courses.Conclusion:It is the value orientation of the modern medical nursing education and the need to provide high quality humanistic nursing service constructing humanistic care curriculum system in nursing college.Therefore,this study constructs a set of Nursing Humanities Curriculum System with promotion value,deepen the comprehensive the reform of education,and enrich the theory of humanistic knowledge system.
