Objective:This research was based on the nurse at 4 hospitals which both are 3 first level in Qigihar, based on the scale of 'Humanistic Care Ability of Nursing Staff', to understand the situation of nurses' humanistic care ability in these hospitals from several angles. At the same time, the influence of the nursing staff's demographic characteristics(gender, age, nursing age, titles, educational background, employment department, etc.). What's more, this research discussed the humanistic care knowledge learning situation on the humanistic care ability. And then it puts forward the countermeasures and provides some targeted reference for the development and comparative analysis of the related researches.Methods:This research had consulted some literatures which are related with the humanities, nursing care and the ability of humanistic care, and the theoretical reference and method were provided for the development of this research. This research with the scale of ‘Humanistic Caring Ability of Nursing Staff' took the cluster random sampling method, the nursing staff in 4 hospitals of Qigihar City as the research object. A total of 455 questionnaires were issued and 399 questionnaires were valid. And questionnaires' content mainly includes the basic information of the research object, the humanistic care ability of nursing staff(Humanitarian values, Belief and hope, Promote emotional communication, Help solve the difficulties, Help solve, The basic needs of life and health education was made up the 6 dimensions of humanistic care). Meanwhile, this research also analysis the basic information of nursing staff on the impact of their humanistic care ability score. The research used Epidata 3.0 to establish the database and the data's entering used a double entry method, and its processing and analysis used SPSS 20.0. The measurement data used t-test or variance analysis, LSD method was used to pairwise comparison, all results chose P<0.05 as a statistical significance, and then this article's analysis and comparison of nursing personnel humanistic care ability situation in-depth.Results:1. The survey's results showed that, the study of 399 subjects, 82.7% of nursing staff in the school period to learn the relevant knowledge of nursing humanistic care, 73.7% of nursing staff in the service period had participated in the relevant training of humanistic care and 91.7% of the nursing staff thought that the ability of humanistic care has influences on the quality of nursing service.2. In the evaluation of the dimensions of ‘humanistic value and altruism' in nursing staff, the highest score was ‘the patient as a whole person'(4.38±0.72), the lowest score was ‘when the patient complained to me, I can still wait for the flat'(3.90 ± 0.96). In the score of the ‘patient's belief and hope' dimension, the highest score was ‘to inform patients of the outcome of the improvement of the patient's condition in a timely manner'(4.28± 0.84), the lowest score was ‘able to inspire patients to find the most accomplished things in their life'(3.65±0.98). In the score of the ‘promote the emotional communication with the patient' dimension, the highest score was ‘able to take the initiative to introduce their names and work responsibilities'(4.38±0.87), the lowest score was ‘when the patient is very painful, I will accompany with his side'(3.78±1.01). In the dimension of ‘to help patients solve difficulties', the highest score was ‘to tidy up items after operation'(4.31±0.85), the lowest score was ‘willing to assist patients relieve the bowels'(3.37±1.22). In the score of the ‘helping patients to solve basic life' dimension, The highest score was ‘try best to not let the patient leave in a safety accident'(4.38±0.78), the lowest score was ‘to meet the nutritional needs of patients'(3.86±0.97). In the score of ‘health education' dimension, the highest score was ‘willing to inform patients of the disease knowledge'(4.21±0.84), the lowest score was able to teach patients to take care of themselves'(3.90±1.12).In the study of 399 subjects, The highest score of the first 5 items included ‘able to take the initiative to introduce their names and work responsibilities'(4.38±0.87), ‘ the patient as a whole person ‘(4.38±0.72) ‘ try best to not let the patient in a safety accident'(4.38±0.78), ‘attention to eye contact when talking to a patient'(4.33±0.84),and ‘to tidy up items after operation'(4.31±0.85). The lowest score of the first 5 items included ‘When the work is very busy, still can listen to the patient'(3.77±1.03), ‘help patients realize the value of their existence'(3.74±1.01), ‘able to detect patients didn't say'(3.66±0.99), ‘can inspire patients for their the most accomplished thing in life'(3.65±0.98), ‘willing to assist patients relieve the bowels'(3.37±1.22).In the 399 subjects of the dimension score, the highest five scores were instill faith and hope(31.80±4.91), followed by health education(24.31±4.15), promote emotional communication(20.65±3.05), to help to solve the basic needs of life(20.24±3.31), altruistic humanitarian values(16.66±2.24), help solve difficulties(15.13±3.11).3. The gender of nursing staff was the influence factor of humanistic caring ability. Male nurses in these dimension about ‘instill faith and hope', ‘to help solve the basic needs of life', ‘health education' and ‘humanistic caring ability total score' was significantly lower than that of female nurses, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Their nursing age was also the influence factor of humanistic care ability. In the dimension of ‘altruistic humanitarian values', working age of 1-5 years of nursing staff' score(16.96±2.30) higher than the 6-9 years of nursing staff' score(16.22±2.29). In the dimension of ‘help solve difficulties', the working age of 1-5 years' scores(15.59±3.22) higher than 6-9 years(14.52±2.98), and more than 15 years of nursing staff's score(14.43±2.83). The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). And their educational background was the influence factor of the humanistic care ability. In the dimension of ‘promote emotional communication', Undergraduate and Bachelor degree or above(21.18±2.64) of nurses in the promotion of emotional exchange score significantly higher than the undergraduate nursing score(20.15±3.31)(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Their department was the influence factor of the humanistic care ability. Nurses of internal medicine in the dimension of ‘altruistic humanitarian values' score(17.41±1.88) was significantly higher than that of surgery(16.31±2.46) and emergency department(16.40±2.91) of nurses. Nurses in different departments in the "instill faith and hope", "health education" and "humanistic care ability total score" score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). During the period of school and in service, the scores of humanistic caring ability of the nursing staff were significantly higher than those who had not learned the knowledge of humanities care, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions:1.The results of this research have showed that the total score of the humanistic care ability of nursing staff at the 3 first level hospitals in Qigihar was(128.78±2.31), which is in the middle level. But there still has room for improvement about the nursing humanistic caring ability.2.Nursing staff of gender, Age, Education, Department and Humanistic knowledge both are the influence factors of the nursing humanistic care ability.3.According to the survey's results, this study mainly from three aspects of hospital management, school, individual to improve the humanistic care ability of nursing staff, so as to improve the humanistic care consciousness and ability of nursing staff, and provide reference for related research.
