ObjectiveTo investigate the situation and explore the influence factors of the fear of cancer recurrence,perceived social support and sleep quality of patients with colorectal cancer after operation,then further analyze the correlation and clear the correlation and clear the mediation effects of perceived social support between above the two elements.So as to lay the foundation for putting forward tailored effective recommendations to reduce the level of fear of cancer recurrence and improve perceived social support and sleep quality in Postoperative patients with colorectal cancer,Promote the development of quality nursing services.MethodsIt was a correlation study.From October 2018 to August 2019,314 colorectal cancer patients from a hospital in Henan Province were selected for questionnaire survey.Measurement tools include self-designed general data questionnaires,FCRI,MSPSS,and PSQI.Data entered using Excel 2013 software,and statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 20.0 software.Descriptive statistical analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis,hierarchical stepwise regression analysis,and mediation effect analysis were used to describe the results.Results1.The basic information of 314 patients with colorectal cancer after operation is as follows: 195 males and 119 females;their average age is 59.31±10.27 years;married patients account for 87.0%;74.2% of them have junior high school education or below.2.The score of FCRI was 101.03±20.48,137 patients(43.6%)had a higher fear of cancer recurrence.The influencing factors include the family per capita monthly income,postoperative time,whether to protect the anus,whether to be in the chemotherapy period,These factors can explain 5.6% of the whole score,The perceived social support of patients with colorectal cancer can be explained by 31.1% alone.3.The PSQI score of patients with colorectal cancer was 9.10±3.01.In this study,the average sleep latency was about 40.64±23.66 min,and the average sleep time was about 5.94 ±1.41 h.186(59.2%)had poor sleep quality and sleep disorder;34.3% reported poor or very poor subjective sleep quality;9.9% had serious daytime dysfunction.4.The result of correlation analysis was that there was a negative correlation between social support and fear of cancer recurrence,the same as with sleep quality.There was a positive correlation between fear of cancer recurrence and sleep quality.5.The results of the regulatory effects analysis showed that there was a regulatory effect between perceived social support and the fear of cancer recurrence and sleep quality(t =-2.650,p = 0.009 <0.05).This means that the higher the perceived level of social support,the less the fear of cancer recurrence has on sleep quality.Conclusions1.Postoperative patients with colorectal cancer have a higher degree of fear of cancer recurrence,and the influence factors include perceived social support,family monthly income,postoperative time,removal of anus,and chemotherapy.2.The sleep quality of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer is poor.The influence factors include gender,age,education level,removal of anus and chemotherapy.3.Sleep quality was positively correlated with cancer recurrence fear and negatively correlated with perceived social support.4.Perceived social support can regulate the negative relationship between the fear of cancer recurrence and sleep quality.It admonished that measures can improve the level of patients' perceived social support,reduce the fear of cancer recurrence,and comprehensively formulate targeted measures to improve the sleep quality of patients.
